This has to be by far the worst Jack In the Box in Vegas. For some reason they can only handle taking 1 order at a time, literally. The minute you pull up to the drive-thru speaker they ask you to hold on. Then you wait 5 mins before they finally take your order. Then you wait another 5 mins to get your order. Sometimes they even have the audacity to ask you to pull up front (for just 2 tacos). The only reason I stop here is because it's on my way to work. They need to be trained by McDonald's for speed and efficiency! This location is ridiculously SLOW

My husband order a from this restaurant and before he got to the car his bag broke and they made him pay far another bowl then gets home and his (meat lovers burrito) didn’t have any meat in it we visit this jack in the box because it close to us and the food is fresh and this isn’t the first time the bag have busted Part 2: I tried to give this place another chance ordered my rice bowl again and my chicken looks like steak it’s so hard and burnt my rice is dry I’m about to say the hell with this restaurant I work in the customer service and I would never serve anything I would never eat to my customers when food comes up and it’s not up to standards take it back make it right but the egg rolls are always so delicious I tell people if you don’t like your job quit or have them retained in the kitchen please

One time I didn't have quite enough $ the girl that works graveyard shift, told me don't worry about it and covered it for me, no questions asked as if it wa s her job to keep the line behind me moving forward , I smiled and waved and gave her a👍as I drove away, she's very nice I didn't catch her name but she has black curly hair and maybe a mgr. If not she be.
