Jack in the Box usually offers a decent experience, but a recent visit had some issues. The service was slow, with no one at the cashier for 10 minutes, and only one or two employees working on the food. There was also a language barrier with the manager. When the order finally arrived, there was a mistake with the salad - a side salad was given instead of the requested garden salad.

The service became even more frustrating when it was discovered that there was no ice in the vending machine and the sodas were warm. Although there was ice in the back, customers had to ask for it. Parking is decent unless the drive-thru is backed up, making it hard to get in or out. The restaurant is easily accessible with ramps for wheelchair users.
