Twice now I’ve pulled up to the second window to receive my food. They then open the window and ask you to back up five feet…only to be told to pull forward again when they wave at me. Wtf? Then the food was cold and not even edible. Never returning

Food was almost $90 left half our food out .didn't want to atleast give our missing food .. food was soggy . The manager was rude and a liar she was trained to lie … why would i lie abt that … she smelt so bad and she said my fatass is lying for extra food when im not ps fat shaming much . Long line . There was alot of people complaining the lobby had cockroaches .. bathroom was decent

Employees had an attitude the food was cold and they had homeless people hanging out in the lobby. Also this location was just rebuild i dont understand how the restrooms required a code to use but yet it wasnt clean nor stocked!
Really hate this location. Always a line of cars. It's insanely slow. Everytime I come here it's just bad. And currently a line of 7 cars not moving. I go inside it's empty and ofcourse "we don't have shakes right now we just ran out" I'm sure you conveniently did
