cashier left the microphone on when i ordered two things, very nicely and said “so rude” for no reason. i then asked why she said that at the window and she asked “any sauces” bypassing what i had just said.

Paid almost $50 to have 7 items delivered from uber eats: 2 large sodas, a curly fry, onion rings, a burger, a spicy chicken sandwich and a ranch chicken sandwich. The ranch chicken sandwich and the onion rings were not delivered. My delivery driver didn’t speak English so he couldn’t help, Uber eats refunded $5 for something that cost me about $20 and nobody at jack in the box answered when I tried to call to see if there was something we could do. Burger was decent. Spicy chicken sandwich tasted very similar to Wendy’s chicken sandwich except spicier and not crispy. I didn’t really care for jack in the box the first time I had them a few years back and this second outing didn’t win me over either.
I understand how the kitchen runs in the back. You look at a screen and the items pop up. If it says no tomatoes then what do you do? You don't add tomatoes. Yet somehow this location does not care about that concept. They also have a tendency to get drinks wrong as well, which I am unsure how that is possible. You have a screen and then you have a receipt. You look at both to verify the order then put the items in the bag. Also, this location needs to start providing syrup for their French toast sticks. You guys do know the average person likes syrup with them right? I understand this is a first world issue but in the end I am a paying customer and I expect to get what I ordered.

I sent my husband to get me a large coffee and the manager was mean to my husband because he asked for more creamer. She told him he can only have 5 and when he asked for sugar he can only have 5 or 10! I have never heard of any place acting like that! I won't be going back

These local fast foods are really unique from a European point of view. Lots of strange people, some homeless guys ... a pure American atmosphere :)
