I was outside in my car waiting for my order to be ready... and I waited for 30 minutes... just for them to tell me "oh we are sorry, your order couldn't be made"

I am extremely disappointed. We called in advance to make sure if they really close at 9:30pm as advertised. We called because we're not sure what time they actually close during the pandemic. Guy on the phone told us they actually close at 8:30pm. Which is fine because it was still 7:30pm at the time and we can still make it if we go right at that moment. We had to drive for 30 minutes. When we got there, they had a sign that said orders are only taken through the phone. We called just to be told by the same guy that they closed the kitchen already. We wasted all that time when we could've gotten something else if only they told us the actual time they close. I've been going here for years and I didn't expect this turnout. I am very disappointed on how the entire scenario occured.

Today 5-17-20 around 7p.m. They are open for pre order pickups. sign on door says only pre-orders or call GrubHub, So you cant go in a place an order. So I sat in car and called. No one would answer. So I walk in and girl said I had to call in... but her boyfriend was walking around in restaurant and she was talking with him..

I wish I could give it 5 stars but the service is awful. I placed an order and it said it would be ready by 7:45. I drove across town to get here and get a notice that my order was canceled. Then when I called from the parking lot I watched the girl inside ignore my call. Parking lot 100% empty no one inside. I then got out of my car and stood in front of the door and called again. She then answered. Absolutely ridiculous. But hey at least the foods good!

My first experience here was awesome, I stoppedin to see owner or manager, there was a young guy working , really nice and genuine. Today I stopped in again, and this female employee was just plain rude. Telling me she wasn't allowed to tell me when her manager would be working.

the staff they have are not that great at costumer service they could use some improvement the place it self is nice there is lots of room to sit around freely the food is cheap and the boba is good

I don't like the whole "you have to pay over the phone in order to place an order" What if I only have cash? What if I not trust you with my card info, expiration date and number on the back? I mean you can literally order or buy anything online with the info provided! I'll give it only 3 stars because I like their spam masubi and a few thai dishes but sadly they removed this one drink I loved from the menu, it was the one with the Oreo crumbs. One day I placed an order and paid over the phone and called back to order one more, I asked if I can just pay that one in person and they were so anal about it. Anyways.... I won't order over the phone again like I do with so many other restaurants in Las Vegas.

The yellow chicken curry is so good! I ordered through Postmates and definitely will order again!!

I come here a couple of times a month to get take out. Let me start by saying the food is fantastic (although I have gotten egg rolls a few times that tasted like they were fried in old oil). I always get the Drunken Noodles, Spicy Basil Fried rice, and Yellow Curry. The price is reasonable, two can eat for $30 including the 15% tip. One of the problems with take out, though, is that they require a credit card over the phone to place an order. I don't feel comfortable anymore giving CC info over the phone, so I don't order until I get there and I have to wait the extra 20 minutes. Also, if you get take out, make sure you check your order. There have been two occasions where I have ordered egg rolls with my food, driven home, and found that they forgot to include any orange dipping sauce for the egg rolls in the bag. And one time I ordered 2 orders of egg rolls (8 egg rolls total) and they only put one little dipping sauce in the bag. When I told the guy working there about this, he seemed like he didn't care and he didn't offer an apology. I asked to speak with the manager so that I could explain that this was the third time this had happened to me, but they didn't seem to care and said they would tell the manager. I don't know if my comment actually got back to the manager because there are some other reviews on here where people complain about their food/boba drink orders being wrong/subpar. I would give this place only 3 stars because of some of the people who work there, but give it 4 stars because the food really is deserving of 4 stars.

Got my order wrong asked for boba taro slush they totallly left out the boba I even heard them askinng each other what I ordered and instead of confirming with me the lady handed me a boba smoothie I have no time to wait for it to be remade because of their incompetence so I left and will not return !!!!
I've been here more times than I could count & each time service/quality is just as good as the last. The food is great & affordable & the staff members are friendly.

The boba here is decent, and there are a lot of flavors to choose from. I had the Jackie Bee Milk Tea with boba pearls. The texture of the boba wasn't bad: soft all the way through and not too chewy. There is a lot of space and many tables to sit at. They've even got a number of board games to play with, which is nice since it can take a little while to get your drinks. The presentation however is top notch, and every drink looks like it was meticulously made. I can definitely see myself coming back for boba or food. It's thr perfect place to come study and chill after a long day at CSN.

Honestly love their yellow curry and spam masubi, it's affordable and they give a good amount of food. It's really nice especially since it's close to the CSN campus so I can just grab a bite after class.

It took them over 25 minutes to give me my order of pad Thai with chicken. Horrible service and just unfriendly staff. Hopefully management does something. I've gone before and the amount of people has decreased you can see it.
