As though my experience at this establishment was adequate much has to say about the food I ordered a ribeye their specialty unfortunately it was not exactly what I ordered I asked for medium rare not raw I asked for mashed potatoes I got baked potato and asked for coleslaw and I got asparagus but I always recommend that you try out for yourself not by one's opinion this is mine

I go here at least once a week for the $22 ribeye steaks, the atmosphere is good the food is good and of course the service is good. This was a hidden gem for a while, but tiktok made it famous, but besides that I recommend it

A FRIEND TOLD MY HUBBY ABOUT THIS PLACE. SO WE DECIDED TO CHECK IT OUT TODAY. AND WOW THE FOOD IS DELIOUS AND THEY COOK IT EXACTLY THE WAY YOU LIKE IT. A SALUTE THE CHEF. WE ORDERED THE RIB STEAK. VEGGIES AND BAKED POTATO. AND OH MY GOD ITS TO DIE FOR. LISA WAS OUR SERVER. SHE WAS GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STOP IN AND EAT. JUST CANT GET ENOUGH CAME BACK 2 MORE TIMES FOR THE RIB EYE STEAK. Had a great experience at Jackson’s bar and grill, thanks to Rain. She was super sweet, greeted us warmly, and served us with a genuine smile throughout. We ordered steak and wings, and her friendly, attentive service made the meal even better. Thank you, Rain!

I got their steak special. It was a little hard to cut through and a little too chewy in some parts. It was cooked to a good medium rare. Mashed potatoes were pretty good and it came with a small portion of steamed veggies. Servers are very attentive and friendly. This is a good spot to fill you up if you're in the area.
Won't be coming back Service was horrendous. I was ignored throughout my entire meal while the server almost seemed to bother the patrons sitting next to me by asking them if they needed anything every single time she passed. I dropped my steak knife right in her path and i still couldn't get her attention. Steak was half gristle. So when I accidently dropped my knife on the floor which was right in the path of the servers who not once asked me if I needed a new knife or even picked it up,i was forced to use my butter knife to cut through all of the fat. Total opposite experience from my first time. This was so bad, I have zero desire to return again. Lisa seemed to be intentionally rude to me. No idea why. Never met her before. And how they gonna charge 3 dollars for a side of BBQ? Which was on top of the 3 dollars for the onion rings already. I could swear the menu says it comes with one of the sides. It doesn't but they are about the same quality as a TV dinner anyways. So why I'm even adding the sides when the half steak half gristle would be plenty enough. This experience was a total let down and complete opposite of the last time. First time came with sides and condiments seasoning and all of that made it really good. I don't know if it's because of the server but Lisa was so bad, I won't be returning. The other server was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating even though she was very busy. This time is a pass... Hard pass. I told 3 employers on the way out how bad the service was and nobody seemed to care. They just shrugged their shoulders. So I guess I'll be shrugging my way to another place to get steak. No problem.
