Steak is amazing, the baked potato could use more cheese and should be salted when baked. For the price definitely can't beat it though, highly recommended!!

Had a really good time at Jacksons Bar & Grill. I ordered the ribeye and we also got burgers for the table — both were excellent. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, tender, and full of flavor. You can tell it’s a solid cut of meat. The burgers were just as good — juicy, seasoned well, and cooked exactly how we asked. The place was packed, but honestly, that made it even better. Great energy, lively crowd, and still the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our server — the cute blonde who took care of us — was amazing. She was super attentive and somehow managed to stay on top of everything despite the huge crowd. Drinks were refilled, food orders were right, and she kept checking in without being overbearing. She handled it like a pro. Portion sizes were solid, prices felt fair for what you get, and overall it was just a fun spot to hang out. The only drawback was a noticeable smoke smell inside. Not enough to ruin the experience, but definitely something you notice. Overall, great food, great service, and a good vibe. I’d definitely go back.

Wow what a horrible experience we had, we have been coming to Jacksons for some time now. Our server this time was this woman named Danielle who was short, rude, and disinterested. I understand that finding someone that cares about hospitality and is able to work graveyard is difficult. It seems like the management team is struggling to find a decent candidate at this time.

Local place. It was 4 of us. 2 of us had steak and 2 had the fried chicken special. All very good. We'll go back again before our trip is over. It's not fancy but we loved it. The waitress was great. Food was hot and fast.
