DO NOT RECOMMEND A SCAM JUST TRYING TO GET MONEY Everything was great UNTIL we checked out! They gave us an outrageous charge of 500 dollars because their “smoke detectors” sensed some sort of smoke in our room? We where asked if we received a message about this which WE DID NOT, I was asked to send a picture of a device that could have caused this which I didn’t was my SHARK Flex blow dryer that is also for blow outs and styling, they continue to claim that they will NOT REFUND the money because hair dryers don’t cause the detector to be triggered! We continue to tell them that for one we ARE A NON SMOKING FAMILY and two WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICE if that would have been the case I would have asked them to come up and see for themselves!!!! We are elite customers as well so we WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was below standard — the room was dusty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the linens looked worn out. The service was equally frustrating. Staff were either unresponsive or unfriendly, and requests took too long to be addressed. Communication was a major issue as well. There was confusion at check-in, and getting clear information during my stay was difficult. Lastly, the food was a letdown. It lacked flavor and variety, and the hygiene of the dining area was questionable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made in these key areas.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a table when restaurant was mostly empty. Unacceptable for Westin Hotel breakfast service when most people are heading to airport.

The food was extremely overpriced. Adding a single chicken breast to a simple salad made it $25. The menu on their website is completely different from the one they actually have. In addition, there were five items in the salad that were not listed on the menu description. I will never be returning.

Waited 30+ minutes in an empty restaurant. Burgers came charred. Not medium. Uneatable. Then told it would be 8 minutes for a replacement (15 minutes later and my spouse was finished eating. This time it was very undercooked but charred again. Asked multiple times for a to go box and finally had to flag down our server after already paying the check. Not the service you would expect from Marriott hotel (Westin).

I read a few reviews including one stating that the "eggs were overcooked". I love breakfast and figured that was a one off. Nope. My over medium eggs were rock solid. Instead of taking the whole plate back the waiter left it and ordered new eggs. On top of this, the cream curdled in my coffee and the ketchup had skin. Gross. My eggs came back over easy and with me bacon. Lol. Compared to the bacon that was previously served out was obvious it had been over cooked earlier. Not sure why since the place was empty. They obviously have a cook that hates breakfast. I did have the wedge salad and lobster sliders at the bar that were good. C'mon westin. Breakfast is cheap and easy.

Vegan breakfast option at an affordable price, a little away from the strip, but within walking distance. We had the Wake-Up Bowl and the Plant Based American Breakfast.

Beware of $400 invalid smoking charges that they try to slip onto your bill without saying anything at checkout. This happened to multiple people at my company who were there for a conference in June 2024, and the hotel manager staunchly refuses to refund the non-smokers who were charged these fraudulent fees. Looking at other review sites, apparently they do this A LOT. To the point that the hotel manager accidentally sent me someone else’s complaint about the same thing via email when corresponding with me (and refusing refund to us both). This is personally offensive to me as I had a close friend die of lung cancer and have never been, nor will be, a smoker of any kind.

There is no longer a breakfast BUFFET, but it is a relaxing environment, nice people, and good breakfast at a great price for Vegas.

The chicken dish was excellent. It was extremely moist and the side was delicious. The cost was a bit high.

Poke Bowl didn't have much flavor and the mushroom lettuce cups were not great. The wings were alright. All in all, disappointed by the very limited lunch menu and flavor of items we ordered.

Came in just for dessert at the end of the night and it was yummy! Great chocolate cake, but loved the butter cake with ice cream. All were very good to be honest, hit the spot!
