Perfect place to enjoy family and food. Our waiter was beyond wonderful. My grandson said he felt like a king with service, friendlyness, and yummy food.

The omelet I ordered was fine, but my girlfriend's pancakes weren't done in the center. We notified the staff and they comped us the meal. We appreciated the kind wait staff regardless.

Hollow Parrot

Staff seem under trained. Did not match the service fron the rest of the hotel. They were unable to sit me away from a screaming child even though half of the room was available. Waiters forget orders and are hard to get a hold of. Food takes a while and isn't that good.

We had several meals at the hotel restaurant, but breakfast truly stood out ,
it was absolutely top-notch in terms of food quality and experience. I especially want to thank our server Blanca ,she was professional, attentive, and handled the busy morning rush with calm and care.
I really enjoyed the avocado toast ,I ordered it several days in a row! The açaí bowl was also fresh and delicious.
We also had lunch and dinner there, but for me personally, the breakfast remained the highlight and the most recommendable part of the dining experience. The lunch and dinner menus didn’t quite match my preferences, I found it a bit hard to choose something I truly loved. However, that’s a matter of taste, and others might enjoy the options more.

Overall, the breakfast is a must-try ,great food, excellent service, and a lovely start to the day!

DO NOT RECOMMEND A SCAM JUST TRYING TO GET MONEY Everything was great UNTIL we checked out! They gave us an outrageous charge of 500 dollars because their “smoke detectors” sensed some sort of smoke in our room? We where asked if we received a message about this which WE DID NOT, I was asked to send a picture of a device that could have caused this which I didn’t was my SHARK Flex blow dryer that is also for blow outs and styling, they continue to claim that they will NOT REFUND the money because hair dryers don’t cause the detector to be triggered! We continue to tell them that for one we ARE A NON SMOKING FAMILY and two WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICE if that would have been the case I would have asked them to come up and see for themselves!!!! We are elite customers as well so we WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was below standard — the room was dusty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the linens looked worn out. The service was equally frustrating. Staff were either unresponsive or unfriendly, and requests took too long to be addressed. Communication was a major issue as well. There was confusion at check-in, and getting clear information during my stay was difficult. Lastly, the food was a letdown. It lacked flavor and variety, and the hygiene of the dining area was questionable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made in these key areas.

Kind of disappointing. We went because we got coupons when checking in. The crab cake was almost cold. The iceberg salad was lacking sauce and bacon bits. The rigatoni was too salty. The desert was also covered by a coupon. The burger was okay. Turkish meat balls were good.

After waiting 30 minutes my husband’s burger was cold, mine was warm so i ate it and it was good to me! 20 minutes later his 2nd burger came out and he said it tasted charred SMH! First & last time coming here
