Okay, convenient drive threw, but pricey
I got a medium size basic smoothie for 8.00. Prices have gotten ridiculous
My one son only makes 12.00 an hour.
He could never afford these smoothie and it's not like they're amazing, they're just good, but not $8.00 good so I won't be going very often.

Good and fast service. They always blend my smoothies perfectly.
I went there at 8:00 pm and they were closed already
Maybe change the operating hours for us to see. Interested of locking the doors at 8pm but have the Open sign on and time on door says closes at 9pm. Thanks
This Jamba Juice is amazing. I got an açaí primo with no granola, and I LOVED it!! The worker was really nice, and the vibes were amazing. 5 stars.

I’ve come to this location multiple times and each time the workers have been rude and my order has not been correct. They don’t greet customers as we walk in which makes me feel uncomfortable to even ask for a remake when my order is incorrect!

I was surprised when we went here they even have a drive thru. It is a lot bigger on the inside. They have a dining area inside and outside. The place itself was pretty clean. It wasn't too busy. I was greeted right away and shortly placed my order.
We ordered:
1. Razzmatazz- a classic go-to for my husband.
2. Mango morphosis - my new go to, a little sad I couldn't actually see the morphosis and if I had it mixed all the way since it was in a paper cup.
Overall, a good experience. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Welp
This is my neighborhood Jamba that I usually patronize 6-7 days a week . My go to item is the açaí bowl and sometime the topping on top are plentiful and sometimes not .
When I have a lighter bowl day I simply go inside and ask for the team to adjust it . Well today we were charged for it and that fine, it was $.79 and I don’t have a problem paying if the staff asks .
When returning to pay for it… my boyfriend was greeted rudely by the manager with a “What’s the problem now? What do you want ?”
After he lets her know that she’s being rude and that was unnecessary she quickly tells him that he shouldn’t be raising his voice in the establishment. No apology, nothing. All she said was “Well that’s your opinion.”
So when he got back into the car visibly upset, I went in and asked for her name and the store number to report the incident to corporate.
Her response was : “No! Just refer to me as the manager. The store number is on the receipt. “
When I asked why she wouldn’t just give the information , she stated that I was abusing her, I was raising my voice, and that it is a private establishment . Not to come back to this store ever again.
She was argumentative, dismissive, and rude .
She shouldn’t be working in customer service .
I let her know I will be back every day until I get her name so that I can file a formal report .
No ONE should treat paying customers this way.
Then to gaslight and accuse people of being rude because they are telling you that you’re wrong is absolutely NOT OKAY!

Hi,
I was there on December 6, 2024 during lunch time 12pm-2pm. I placed my original order on the location on Losee and Craig, but when I was heading home I realized my drinks were made incorrectly. I decided to head over to the location closest to my house which was the location on Craig and Rancho. I asked the young female worker at the counter if I could have them remade because they tasted off. (The drinks were full, you can review the video footage). The young female manager told me no. That I would have to go back to the original location where I ordered them because they “would lose product at their store.” I explained I lived on this side of town and that the other location was far from me. She once again told me that they couldn’t lose product. When I asked for the stores manager’s number, she said she couldn’t give it to me and that I could come back in the morning when she was there, or that I could search for the number online. When I asked for the district managers number she also said she couldn’t hand that out. I explained to her that I also used to work for Jamba Juice years prior, and that maybe things had changed but that we were allowed to remake drinks even if purchased at a different location because of the Jamba Juice guarantee. I also explained they could give out the number to guests with complaints (again things might have changed since I was a manager). She finally agreed to give me the district managers number. I’m not trying to get anything for free. I even repurchased the same drinks all over again, which they did make correct. I would just like a refund for the first order for drinks that were incorrectly made (which I threw away in the garbage can for the staff to see).I just want what’s fair.

I purchased a primo acai bowl on Monday, November 4th, paid over $11 to have been given a completely dry and frozen acai. I had to take it apart at home and put it in my blender like the store bought kind and added almond milk to make it an editable consistency. Very upsetting
