I seen someone with a Jamba Juice hat park in a handicap spot, before going inside. Friday, November 22nd 9:55 am. Looked like he would be the GM or maybe even DM. He was wearing a Jamba Juice hat, while smoking his vape. This is a photo of the car. I also confirmed that there was no handicap license or tag as I was walking to the gelato shop a few doors down. Just seems very inconsiderate. I think the big red truck is also a Jamba employee.

The drive-thru employee this morning on 6/2/24 was very rude! The food is very mediocre and my smoothie was not blended well. This place is too expensive for bad customer services and bad food. Will not be back.

It's Jamba Juice. If you love smoothies, you go there and you are generally pleased with what you get. I've been a customer for over 25 years and I wouldn't keep coming back if i didn't like it. This is the closest location to my home and they generally do a good job so they see me, or more likely my wife, on a regular basis. The folks from Dutch Bros should send their employees over to observe how Jamba juice employees are somehow able to consistently get their smoothies completely blended without leaving big chunks of fruit and ice at the bottom of their cups. I don't know how every DB location somehow manages to consistently suck at that but watching the competent smoothie mixing at JJ could be a game changer for their entire business!
