I had a birthday coupon expiring tonight and they wouldn't honor it. I made a special trip over just for that. Very disappointed! Customer service is useless. Never having jamba again.

It's not the staff, it's the training they got. The girl on the mic had to go extra mile to be able hear me over the windy conditions around 12:30. She made some great recommendations and was very personable. The drink however wasn't fully blended. It shouldn't be extra work to just drink a smoothie and definitely shouldn't be handed to a customer if it's chunky and keeps getting stuck in the straw. Just give it 20 seconds more in the blender. There was no line.

I'm not sure who was working with Ayesha on Wednesday May 15th around 9am, but they were both ladies kind and fun and got me my smoothie in like 30 seconds!! Really nice start to my morning and I think they deserve some recognition ?

I get that working in the food service industry sucks, but you don't lock the doors 15 minutes early when you're supposed to be open just because you feel like it.The posted hours during the weekday say you're open until 9pm. It is unprofessional in the extreme to close the doors early just so you can talk on the phone while cleaning up early.

This is the worst Jamba Juice and it sucks because it’s right by my job. They consistently mess up my order. I always ask for substitutions due to allergies and they’ve messed up Every Single Time. Half the time I’m rushing on my lunch break and end up not being able to even eat my lunch because I’ll just get a refund instead of a remake. Or I’ll end up late returning to work because I have to wait for them to remake it. Very annoying. Love Jamba, hate this location.

Ordered a large vanilla blue sky and a large aloha pineapple. I had the large vanilla blue sky, and there was no vanilla or pineapple whatsoever. It just tasted like watered down, under ripe banana. I've had that same smoothie at a different location and loved it, but what I received was barely tolerable.My friend has the aloha pineapple and said there was very little pineapple, if any, and it tasted predominantly like banana. It is a smoothie he has ordered many times at other locations.I believe the store was out of pineapple (or running excruciatingly low) and the employees didn't let us know. That would also management's fault for not ordering enough pineapple.What a waste of money.We won't be going back.

Upon entering the establishment, the location is small and appears to be neat. The person making smoothies in the back yells welcome. The person at the cash register didn't greet us or thank us for our order.
The smoothies were well blended. The fruit tasted like it was pulled off the vine sooner than it should have been. The smoothie was very tart like a lemon.
First time at this location. I don't think I'd return when I'm in the area. Maybe this was a one off and they were having a bad day. A robot is more mannerable than the workers here.
I visited this establishment on November 28th, 2023, at 11:10 am. While the drive-through was operational, I encountered a locked main door. Despite my attempt to open the door, the staff inside appeared to ignore me. There is a sign indicating that the lobby should be open from 7 am to 8 pm, which left me puzzled about the business’s current practices. Personally, I prefer not to make purchases through the drive-through. It seems that there may be a lack of on-site management to oversee the situation at this store. As I write this review, I observed an individual approaching the door, and an employee briefly opened it to hand out an order before promptly closing it again. It would be beneficial for this establishment to prominently display signage indicating that the lobby is closed to avoid any confusion. This situation is regrettable!

I have always loved the smoothie bowls at Jamba juice, especially the Chunky Strawberry bowl. The peanut butter in the smoothie part and the fresh fruit with the granola is the best!Unfortunately, the last several times I have been to Jamba juice, the location on Rainbow and Badura in Las Vegas especially, has been terrible! The staff is very unfriendly and rude and the bowls are awful. The fruit is not fresh anymore, the strawberries look like they were cut a few days earlier and stuck in a bucket so they are mushy and sour. They keep not putting the peanut butter in the smoothie part which ruins the flavor.I'm so sad because this was my favorite breakfast meal, but I will not be coming back. When I tried to get the staff's attention, they ignored me (I was in the drive thru). This happened to me a couple times a couple months ago so I hadn't been for almost 6 months. Today I decided to try it one more time and sure enough, it's just as bad.I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
