I get that working in the food service industry sucks, but you don't lock the doors 15 minutes early when you're supposed to be open just because you feel like it.The posted hours during the weekday say you're open until 9pm. It is unprofessional in the extreme to close the doors early just so you can talk on the phone while cleaning up early.

This is the worst Jamba Juice and it sucks because it’s right by my job. They consistently mess up my order. I always ask for substitutions due to allergies and they’ve messed up Every Single Time. Half the time I’m rushing on my lunch break and end up not being able to even eat my lunch because I’ll just get a refund instead of a remake. Or I’ll end up late returning to work because I have to wait for them to remake it. Very annoying. Love Jamba, hate this location.

Ordered a large vanilla blue sky and a large aloha pineapple. I had the large vanilla blue sky, and there was no vanilla or pineapple whatsoever. It just tasted like watered down, under ripe banana. I've had that same smoothie at a different location and loved it, but what I received was barely tolerable.My friend has the aloha pineapple and said there was very little pineapple, if any, and it tasted predominantly like banana. It is a smoothie he has ordered many times at other locations.I believe the store was out of pineapple (or running excruciatingly low) and the employees didn't let us know. That would also management's fault for not ordering enough pineapple.What a waste of money.We won't be going back.

I visited this establishment on November 28th, 2023, at 11:10 am. While the drive-through was operational, I encountered a locked main door. Despite my attempt to open the door, the staff inside appeared to ignore me. There is a sign indicating that the lobby should be open from 7 am to 8 pm, which left me puzzled about the business's current practices. Personally, I prefer not to make purchases through the drive-through. It seems that there may be a lack of on-site management to oversee the situation at this store. As I write this review, I observed an individual approaching the door, and an employee briefly opened it to hand out an order before promptly closing it again. It would be beneficial for this establishment to prominently display signage indicating that the lobby is closed to avoid any confusion. This situation is regrettable!

I got the green apple drink. It was OK; it tasted a lot like pear. The service was very slow with about four employees and three customers.
The review is NOT about the location but the company in general. I don't understand the hype over Jamba juice. The smoothies are too thick, and the straws are too narrow. You keep sucking on the straw till your lungs fall out! Smh Never again.

I have always loved the smoothie bowls at Jamba juice, especially the Chunky Strawberry bowl. The peanut butter in the smoothie part and the fresh fruit with the granola is the best!Unfortunately, the last several times I have been to Jamba juice, the location on Rainbow and Badura in Las Vegas especially, has been terrible! The staff is very unfriendly and rude and the bowls are awful. The fruit is not fresh anymore, the strawberries look like they were cut a few days earlier and stuck in a bucket so they are mushy and sour. They keep not putting the peanut butter in the smoothie part which ruins the flavor.I'm so sad because this was my favorite breakfast meal, but I will not be coming back. When I tried to get the staff's attention, they ignored me (I was in the drive thru). This happened to me a couple times a couple months ago so I hadn't been for almost 6 months. Today I decided to try it one more time and sure enough, it's just as bad.I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Such sweet employees! My husband and I called the other night -- ten minutes before closing (awful, i know)-- to see if there was any way we could still order for pickup, and the closing manager was so sweet and accommodating! We showed up a few minutes before closing (again, the worst), and they were all still so nice! Truly remarkable service

Taste Foreign object in drink. I ordered the pumpkin smash... plant based. The cashier gave me a strange vibe and like u sure you want ? And not the regular. Im like no, im vegan.. then i ask for extra milk/ ice cream. so they take a long time to make it... i mean long time to where im confused they dont kno how... i finally get it and its very icy. Lots of shaved ice. It tasted decent and had extra vanilla like I wanted but it had small fragments in it. Like small bits of something... ? I had no idea if it was from spit or something thick came off the pumpkin stuff ,, some kind of crumbs were in there. Not much but when i got to the bottom i definitely tasted it.. so it was just alil wired and off.. the location on durango and warmsprings is flawless and it normally has a smoothie texture type based. The drink i had was watery nd icy.
