Came on a late afternoon, place was clean and cashier was nice. No one was inside the store. I ordered four drinks, orange dream machine large I asked for the drink to be thick and they made it how it's normally made. I had already left so I didn't want to go back. I ordered a small strawberries, wild for my little which she enjoyed very much so. Peanut butter mood which was made perfectly and decided to try the seasonal drink, orange cranberry whip smoothie it was definitely tart with a hint of sweetness. I think the whip made it a tad bit less tart, but I definitely recommend having the whip whipped inside the smoothie. I believe all large drinks cost $8.69 the small drink cost $6.69 normally but I had a free birthday smoothie that I used on it.

Im town from out of town visiting family and always look forward to stopping in for a fresh shot of wheatgrass. They've been out of it for over a week. They keep trying to push some premade cold pressed stuff I can buy at the local grocery store for half the price.

Seems like conversation takes priority over online orders. Waited over 20 minutes for order. Two customers that ordered after me received their order before me. At least my pretzel was warm. Employees had no clue my order was in the system.

My son has been wanting to come here so we brought him after church on Sunday morning at 10:40 AM. They were supposed to open at 10 AM, however, the store was locked and closed. There were people standing outside that said that a female worker was waiting outside for 30 minutes and finally decided to leave because the guy that had the keys to open the store never showed up. How can they possibly run a business like this? Sad.

I'll keep it short & sweet but I want to give props where they're due. I'm one of those "get a Jamba" types at least a few times a month, and I'll say in these times when service isn't the best, this location is GREAT! I was welcomed in immediately upon entering, taken care of properly and the sandwich & smoothie tasted great. The fellow making the drinks was especially pleasant. I had the complete opposite experience with the exact same order @ the Jamba on S. Rainbow, so kudos to whoever runs the Charleston one!!!???

Quality at its finest! One of the best açaí bowls I’ve had in a while and definitely the best at a Jamba I’ve ever had! Both employees were groovy with the smoothies and made a wicked pb chocolate love. They even gave me the left overs in a separate cup free of charge! In sum, two great employees makin two great smoothies/bowls!

Place without rules or bad employees, about 10 days ago I went to the place at 4:57pm and asked for a fresh orange juice, they served me very well and made a delicious juice, today I was there again it was 4:53pm, I asked for one juice and said that they no longer make juice at this time, that they no longer operate a juice machine 30 minutes before closing. To the venue owner or manager you should change the closing time to 4:30pm. This is extremely ridiculous, as a company that claims to be serious has this kind of policy, if I go to a place that closes at 5:00pm I want to be able to buy what I need by that time and not what the employees say they want do or not.
