I came in around 11am and it wasn’t busy at all. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a mango go-go and it was alright.. I’d probably try something different next time. Guy at the counter was friendly. Didn’t wait too long for my order.

Always a treat when I stumble across a Jamba Juice in Vegas. Visited this location. It has parking in front, plenty of inside seating. There wasn't much merchandise or snacks on display at this particular location. But nonetheless was here for a smoothie. Service was quick and efficient. Ambiance is your typical smoothie spot, floors needed to be swept (few straw sleeves) but otherwise pretty tidy.

This place has the worst customer service! We waited patiently to be seated for almost 20 minutes. The host kept seating other people before us. When we asked her, she became rude and apparently upset at us. She then continued to verbally abuse us and NOT one time try to defuse the issue or keep professional as we are her customers. We then decided to take our business elsewhere and would never return to this establishment. I wouldn’t recommending this place to anyone, or if you have a huge party.

Can in today to get a smoothie, I asked if they still made the pink star drink as it has been a while since I ordered it. The cashier just gave me a face and she said "what size". Gave me my total and that was it. No reason for the rudeness. While they were making the drinks they were using profanity talking about something else. In the front area it had a not so pleasing smell, while someone looked like they were getting an interview. Not a professional environment. I did not catch the ladies name and but she had short-haired, Afro-American, band-aid on her lip. I won't be coming back to this location. The drink was good though.

It has been quite some time since my last visit to Jamba Juice, approximately five years. Being in close proximity to one today, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, I noticed a distinct decline in the overall experience. The establishment no longer carries the fresh aroma it once did, and regrettably, the level of customer service was notably lacking. As a result, I may opt to return to Tropical Smoothie as my preferred choice in the future

Oh how I love Jamba. What I don't enjoy is very low rude energy coming from the customer service smh let's work on that friends. I came for the watermelon breeze yummy, I was the only one in there enjoyed my ice cold Jamba, what I didn't enjoy was the negative energy from the manager on 07/27/23 at 1:00pm she was extremely rude that cased here sales associates to pour out that same low vibrational energy. I do hope next time the experience here would be better. Anywho happy Summer and cool watermelon breeze!

Tried to convince me that this is what a normal açaí bowl is supposed to be. I’ve bought several and they all had much more açaí than this. The one who made my bowl made me feel unwelcome from the moment I politely said hello to get their attention as they had been talking for at least three minutes not noticing me standing there ready to order. This was at 8a on a Tuesday.

I went in here for a refreshing beverage on a hot day. I opted for their classic special the watermelon breeze. It was great tasting and definitely refreshing but sadly far to thick to drink through a straw until it melted a bit.
