I’m leaving three stars—neither good, nor bad. Here’s the reason why: I drive past this place A LOT. In fact, I’ve passed it for years now. I finally decided to give it a try. It was 8:30pm on a Friday night. For whatever reason, Jamba Juice closes at 5:30pm. That’s EVERY DAY. What is up with that? I walked away, and then I bought a soda instead. I’ll try back again in a couple of years.

I have fallen in love again with Jamba. I love the Apples n Greens smoothie and the sweet pretzel. I also love Razzmatazz and a few others. I have not tried them all.

This smoothies are solid atl east but the customer service is terrible. The asian guy always has a attitude. I'm giving you money for a service and this is how I'm treated. Like I'm not wanted there. I'm never spending my hard earned cash at this store again. Goodluck.

Good morning! That is the magic word that one expects when entering an establishment. The person at the checkout was not friendly or polite at all. He did things reluctantly. I really wanted a bowl since I tried them in another city and they were very good and I really wanted to eat them again. The truth is that I would not return to this place because of the treatment they give. It can be understood that not every day one is in good spirits, but when dealing with the public one must learn to separate the problems. The client is not responsible.

The young lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude. For no reason. Angrily snatching the receipt out the register. And didn't even call out the order was ready. This is in front of 5 year old daughter and was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Will not be back to this location. 2/21/24 10:30Am .If I was the owner me and this employee would be having a chat. I'm sure I'm not the only customer being treated this way.

Visiting from outta town and haven’t seen a jamba in ages.. I was kinda taking a while to decide on what to have. Jayden was helpful and patient in helping me decide. I had the pb waffle bowl which was amazing!! ?? She also had excellent customer service which is super important when I’m spending my hard earned money.. Thanks Jayden!!

If I could give ZERO stars today based on the individual working today I would. Wow, just wow. Never going here to this store again. Why work there if you dislike it so much? So, too bad, jamba is usually great,not today and not here. Yikes.

This is my first time going to Jamba Juice and my experience was not the best. The smoothie and sandwich I bought was good. The place appeared to be well kept. However, the customer service was not a positive experience for me. Server: Maclawrence M was not pleasant when taking my order. He kept interrupting me when I was explaining what I wanted. When I asked for clarification on a menu item, he gave me attitude about it. Overall, I probably would not return to this location.
Most Jamba Juice places that I’ve been to are hit or miss when it comes to perfecting blending. I order the greens and ginger (tick) with extra ginger. It was blended to perfection. Best Jamba Juice so far that I’ve been to. Also the staff there work at the speed of lightning. I’m impressed and definitely recommend.

agreed with ericas review that the hours here need to be expanded especially for las vegas! i am also not even outside until 5 pm and by then its closed! doesn't need to be 24 hours but could definitely extend until 10, im sure they'd be able to stay in business keeping more than enough customers.
