This smoothies are solid atl east but the customer service is terrible. The asian guy always has a attitude. I'm giving you money for a service and this is how I'm treated. Like I'm not wanted there. I'm never spending my hard earned cash at this store again. Goodluck.

Good morning! That is the magic word that one expects when entering an establishment. The person at the checkout was not friendly or polite at all. He did things reluctantly. I really wanted a bowl since I tried them in another city and they were very good and I really wanted to eat them again. The truth is that I would not return to this place because of the treatment they give. It can be understood that not every day one is in good spirits, but when dealing with the public one must learn to separate the problems. The client is not responsible.

The young lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude. For no reason. Angrily snatching the receipt out the register. And didn't even call out the order was ready. This is in front of 5 year old daughter and was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Will not be back to this location. 2/21/24 10:30Am .If I was the owner me and this employee would be having a chat. I'm sure I'm not the only customer being treated this way.

Very disappointed in my bowl. I had my fiancé go get me a peanut butter coconut whip bowl and he came back home frustrated saying that the young lady with bright reddish pinkie hair helping him was very slow and just not making sense when asking questions along with having an attitude. The whip isn't even whipped basically liquid and has no coconut shavings as well.

Visiting from outta town and haven’t seen a jamba in ages.. I was kinda taking a while to decide on what to have. Jayden was helpful and patient in helping me decide. I had the pb waffle bowl which was amazing!! ?? She also had excellent customer service which is super important when I’m spending my hard earned money.. Thanks Jayden!!

Service is horrible and actually seems non-existent. A guest in front of me got tired of waiting to place her order and left. I waited a while longer. There were four people making drinks. Nobody came to the register to take any orders or apologize for the wait or say someone would help us soon. We were completely ignored, so I left too. Before I had left, another customer returned and confronted the manager for being rude to her.

Most Jamba Juice places that I’ve been to are hit or miss when it comes to perfecting blending. I order the greens and ginger (tick) with extra ginger. It was blended to perfection. Best Jamba Juice so far that I’ve been to. Also the staff there work at the speed of lightning. I’m impressed and definitely recommend.

agreed with ericas review that the hours here need to be expanded especially for las vegas! i am also not even outside until 5 pm and by then its closed! doesn't need to be 24 hours but could definitely extend until 10, im sure they'd be able to stay in business keeping more than enough customers.
