Pretty decent Jamba spot. You can order online, in person by one of the employees, or in store at the kiosk. We happened to arrive at a time where it was a bit busy. Employees did well getting orders together and out, though they didn’t call the name or number on our order so we presumed what was put up was indeed our order. Along with that, the seating area looked like it could use a sweep. Aside from those small areas of improvement, it’s a solid place to get a cool beverage on hot days.

I went to order orange carrot twist and they said they didn't have it. They said they didn't have oranges or carrots

They have it listed as an item on the menu but don't have it.

If you are not going to or don't want to make something on the menu (whatever it is) you should not have it listed on the menu

Drink was good but they didn’t take our name for it and gave it to another family. Waited what felt like forever. Very upsetting!

The smoothie and physical building are all what I would expect from Jamba…tasty and clean. But the standout that made my experience better? The customer service! Esther welcomed me with a smile and a friendly greeting! She was attentive, pleasant, a model for what customer service once was…and what it should be again. Good find, Jamba management. She’s a great representative for your brand! I’ll definitely be back to this location again.

Strawberry Surf Rider is hands down the best smoothie to drink. I have never tried Jamba Juice in all my life. My parents love it and for I. Highly recommended!

Place is always slammed and they only have 1-2 people working so it takes absolutely forever to get your order. Don’t go here if ur in a hurry!

Oct 2024 - The smoothies were good. We had chocolate peanut butter with chunks of bananas, which was nice and a pumpkin smash. The service was slow with no sense of urgency. There were two workers: one , the smoothies, and one cashier. So I'm guessing the cashier can't make smoothies? The place was dull and dingy needing a refresh.

The store is big with lots of chairs and tables but empty and cold atmosphere.

Staff needs to be trained more with better customer, smile and greeting customers. Otherwise it will be worse.

The girl who took my order also the one made my Açaí bowl. It came out watery base and the fruit seemed old not fresh. Had to come back. Stand at the counter and felt ignored and 3 staff pass by not even asked a single word for 5 mins. I finally got noticed so i informed and asked them to see if how they do it. The said the base if premade.

She asked me if I want a new one, I said yes please and she said “You need to throw that to the trash can,” with demanding and rude tone of voice. This could be handled better if the staff is trained right. I was shocked.

Definitely not return to experiment with this customer service that I can find elsewhere with better prices and ambiance. Sadly to say.

One of the best customers service experiences I've had. The gentleman who took my order was very polite and helpful and the ladies making the drinks were kind and efficient. Hats off to this team for such great customer service.

40 minutes before closing and the young female employee said they won’t make any bowls. Seems to be a trend here.
