Jumba juice is my favorite smoothie place! I love coming here whenever I can. The servers are pretty sweet as well as the atmosphere is nice and simple.

Worse experience ever. Show up 28 minutes before closing time, before welcoming us ( CLIENTS ) The 2 girls right away almost screaming told us that because is almost closed the only thing for sale is smoothies no bowls or anything else... I will love to do nothing at work myself 40 minutes before I clock out!!!

I ordered two drinks today from Postmates. A white gummi and a Caribbean passion. The Caribbean passion appears to be the wrong drink or they put too much raspberry sorbet in it. It taste horrible. I literally want to go in and request a free smoothie.

First time here and service is horrible. Person in charge Crystal (Manager ) has a really ugly attitude towards customers talks like if she's bad and rushes you to order. Meanwhile the other guy (Christian) doing all the work and friendly attitude. I don't know why ppl work like that if they don't like their job go and look for another place and do better. Customer service is a priority!

Don't come here. If you value you your time just find another location all together. You walk in and no one greets you, everyone's doing something else with their back turned to you. Only one waiting on line for about 6 mins and competly ignored. Girls in the back saying f this and f that acting like no one's in the store. No one looked at me and said " I'll be right with you sir " or anything. This kid appeared then walked to the register and looked up at me and stared at me. I tell him what I want, pay for it, and sat down. Once I got my drink I left. I don't expect much from people but it's just common curiosity I guess and most people don't have it these days and most people just don't care.

Just ordered 2 smoothies and food with my family. Before leaving asked for a cup of water for my toddler. The rude person working who was hanging out on her phone in the back told me I'd have to pay for the water. What a joke.
Service was decent but I am sure it was due to the fact that there were only a few people in here. The red headed lady in the front looked upset with her whole team and did not seem like she wanted to be at work. I walked in smiling and she served me huffing and puffing mad at the world. I also think it's unprofessional to announce mistakes your team members are making while customers are around! Store was very clean and smelt fresh which is why I am giving 2 stars!

I walked in and was ignored then they took my order after 3 more people came in and their orders where taken right away thru where helped and got their food I was still just sitting after everyone else left they made my food last it was very uncomfortable to walk in and be ignored then given my order last after 3 other people that came in after me

How can they get a 2 star you may ask? Maybe my mistake was arriving 15 minutes before they closed, because the cashier seemed annoyed and not friendly at all. I didn't know what to order and she was so rushing me. Let's say that I got not what I wanted because I was rushed. I took a couple sips and threw it away as I didn't like what I ordered. My shake was $10.00, and I was not happy. Next tile I will just go to my normal spot for juicing and shakes, Whole Foods.
