Upscale Mexican done right. The guacamole made tableside was the best I've ever had — the chef nailed the balance of lime and heat. The lobster enchiladas were incredible, and the tequila selection is massive. The interior is gorgeous with this dark, moody ambiance. Prices are high but you're paying for quality and atmosphere. Came here for our anniversary dinner and it exceeded expectations. Make a reservation — walk-ins are tough.

Javier’s is an awesome gem of a spot located in a vibey location at the center of the Aria. The food is great, not too pricey for what you get, and the chips and salsa are literally the best I’ve ever had. I sat at the bar this time around, and the bar staff was phenomenal. It was refreshing to receive great service in Vegas, as it’s become far too common to interact with jaded or unfriendly employees. The bartender and the barback (I think) were both great and went above and beyond.

I had a very disappointing experience at Javier’s. To start, the food simply does not match the high prices they charge. At the very least, I expected a restaurant associated with a well-known chef to serve fresh, handmade tortillas. To my surprise, they were the typical store-bought tortillas you can find at any market — nothing special at all.
My friend is allergic to spicy food, yet almost everything that was brought to our table was extremely spicy. We ordered La Tablita and even the guacamole was overwhelmingly spicy. I personally tolerate spicy food quite well, and even for me it was too much. When we politely mentioned this to the server, hoping they might replace the dish, his response was very unprofessional. He said that for Mexicans, that level of spice is normal. He then started arguing with my friend and was quite rude.
The manager came over, and we expected a more professional solution. Instead, he allowed the back-and-forth argument to continue. This could have been resolved very easily with a simple apology and an offer to replace the dish or suggest something else. Unfortunately, no apology was ever offered.
In short, I would not recommend this place at all.

3 stars because it was just ok for a restaurant in the Aria. Had the platter for 2 and at least 4 people and it inexpensive too. It has at least 3 starters included and 3 choices of meat types.

5 stars go to Javier’s Mexican Restaurant at Aria, and it’s truly a great Mexican restaurant. Salvador, Adrian, and Mike are top-notch—always making sure your drinks are exactly how you like them. Honestly, it feels like each drink is made to your personal taste.
The food is consistently good. We’ve been here twice now, and it’s always the same great ambiance and very consistent quality. We especially love the enchiladas suizas, enchiladas, tacos, and the complimentary chips and salsa, which are some of the best we’ve had. Also try the sangria
Thank you, Salvador, Adrian, and Mike, from all of us. We’ll definitely be back! 🌮🍹✨

I have been wanting to try Javier’s for some time now, mainly because of how absolutely BEAUTIFUL it is. I assumed the food would be good, as it’s hard to be disappointed by most places in the nicer casinos. Not only is the look and atmosphere a 10/10, the food and service were phenomenal. I had the mole poblano and it was beautiful. The flavor was outstanding, and the chicken was cooked to perfection and falling off the bone. The servers were all amazing and so helpful and polite as one might anticipate in a higher end restaurant. I thought the prices were really fair and you absolutely get your moneys worth. I will definitely be back, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

All I can say is “Wow”. This is a great restaurant. The food and drinks are fabulous. I highly recommend the Trio de Enchiladas Del Mar. It is very very good. I can’t wait to go back and try other items. The service is superb. Victor did a great job.

Can't beat this group's touch. How they manage to do Mexican food so well and be so good in an atmosphere where people feel they must be there and then have over the top service as to where you may even feel you under paid while this is probably the priciest Mexican food out there. I will choose Javier's every time I am around one!

Outstanding Mexican food and margaritas. The staff was even more impressive. Obviously a very busy place but they worked as a team and service was flawless. Oh, and the carnitas!!! Don’t take my word for it, you have to experience them
for yourself.

Don't eat at this Javiers! It's gone way downhill. Staff is extremely rude!! I tried to dine there by myself, but they adamantly refuse to seat a party of one regardless of how busy they are. You're forced to sit at the bar. if in the unlikely event you find a seat at the bar, you will be treated with disdain by the bartenders because there is not enough easy tips for the bartenders when they have to mess with serving food. I sat at the bar for a total of 30 minutes after a bartender said he would get to me in a minute. In the meantime, another employee asks if I'm dining there and a basket of very stale tortilla chips comes my way. After that, the bartenders ignored me for next half hour until I got up and left!
