This is one of my best Mexican restaurants in Vegas. I visit Javiers every time I am in Vegas and it is always a great experience; services is awesome, atmosphere is really good, and food and drinks are always delicious. I've brought friends a few times and they all love it. The only thing is that you have to reserve because they are always packed but other than that I cannot complain.

This was supposed to be a great night, but the way we were treated was a dam shame, on time for 8 o'clock appointment, but waited 30 minutes, i saw at least 3 different groups of people's who were aloud to enter ahead of us. I could say a lot more,but this is my wife birthday and I do not want to spend any more time complaining about this. I will contact corporate office soon

I just experienced the worst level of service and disrespect from the restaurant personnel. We had a reservation for 4 at 8 pm which were on time to check in we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. There was a couple standing in the area who obviously didn’t have a reservation because the were motioned to by a waiter in the background and not by the maître d’. The couple walked by the bar area for approximately 15 before a waitress set up an adjacent to the slot machine area. The waitress discreetly approached the man off the table and directed them to the table which they sat down approximately 5 minutes later. Within a matter of minutes the couple was moved to a table in the inner most part of the restaurant. The waitress cleared the. The person from my party who made the reservation told the maître d’ it had been over a half hour and what we saw the staff members do. He sent a waitress to the same table that was cleared a few prior and it was set for us. At this point we were highly upset with the poor service and flat out disrespect. We came to the restaurant to celebrate my friend’s wife’s birthday but it was completely ruined by what had transpired. We spoke to the manager and layed the complete scenario. His apology for the horrible experience did not seem genuine it felt more procedural. He offered to seat us at another table which at point was satisfactory considering the damper placed on our evening. We left the location thoroughly dissatisfied. I didn’t get the manager’s name but I am sure the corporate office can pull the records to see who was on duty when I contact them.

The service was amazing! All the workers help each other out. All the gentlemen were friendly and so accommodating. The food was excellent and the seafood was beyond delicious.

Food was cold , the beans used to be in clear liquid now it is mucky….not the same flavor . I think they really want to be a club. But food def taking a beating which is unfortunate, I’ve been going to the one in (Crystal Cove) and Laguna for 20 something years , it’s changed!

Busy, lively, loud and crammed.

The food was fresh and good but rather pricey for the portion size.

The chips and salsa were so moreish, the refills make it dangerous.

If I could give zero I would. Rude staff, a booking at 8 and we weren’t seated by 8.45. Gave up in disgust. What an awful place.

It’s a Glorified cantina, I wouldn’t call it a restaurant. Too loud, Food is good and too expensive, it’s NOT about the experience but about in and out. After approximately 45 minutes, and without us asking for it (while we were trying to enjoy our dessert) they brought the tab. It felt like they were rushing for us to get out! Not impressed and will not recommend. Very disappointed!

If you're looking for a tender cut, I do not recommend the NY strip. I ordered mine medium, but it came out well-done and incredibly tough. Thankfully, our server Alexia was an absolute gem—she immediately offered to have it remade. Unfortunately, even the second attempt was just as tough and hard to cut through. When I brought it up, the manager didn’t seem to care, which made the experience even more frustrating. Alexia’s excellent service was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing meal.
