Overall ambiance was great, service top notch, I just wish the quality of the steak met the same standard. We had two strip steaks and they were very tough. Baked potatoes luke warm. Just underwhelming.

It was amazing. Can't wait to go back. First time my girlfriend's parents had ever been to Vegas and it was the highlight of their trip

I had company in from Chicago. Our reservations were at 8 PM. We showed up at 7:30 to get a cocktail. There was a table in the bar area strictly for Drinks. The table was dirty, a couple glasses and a plate that needed to be cleared I asked the bartender for four drinks. He refused to service and told us we needed to wait for a lounge server 25 minutes later, nobody came by to take an order or clean the table Once we were seated for dinner, our experience was excellent I was very sad, borderline angry, showing up at the bar early and being ignored I live out at Lake Las Vegas, and I am not used to that type of poor service and attitude from the bartenders I am not sure I will be back

I had the bone in Ribeye...cooked perfectly, my son had the salmon...he loved it. The wait staff we had were great. Second time there. We'll be back

Great food. Extremely pleasant waiters. Good wine recommendations. Our table was able to maintain conversations without shouting. Overall, it was as good a dining experience you would hope to have.

Wonderful service and food quality as always! One of my favorite steak restaurants in Vegas

We visited Jean Gorges the day before our reservation to pre order wines. We asked the somalier to have the wines pre set and pre opened. When we arrived for dinner with our party of 15, they made us wait until everyone in the party were present to be seated, not a great look for a client dinner.... Then when seated in the private dining room (beautiful), there were no wines, and the server had no idea that we had pre ordered wines, also not good. The food was excellent, though we waited 45 minutes between appetizers for entrees to arrive. Great food, just some big misses.

Food was outstanding. The service was not what i expected it to be and was definitely lacking. They got my fiancées cook on the steak wrong as well as they charged us for an 8oz filet instead of a 6oz. No big deal. The problem for me was when our food was brought out and they had forgotten our salad and our waiter wasn't very attentive. Again no big deal but I would expect better service from a restaurant of this caliber.

Don't waste your money or your time! Completely overrated. Went for our anniversary dinner, ordered Ceasar salad, ribeye, creamed spinach and french fries, all of which were tasteless and bland. The actual meat of the ribeye was okay but no flavor. They did bring us a weird tasting “cheesecake” dessert for our anniversary which was the size of a cracker and tasted stale. Service was marginal at best and restaurant was almost empty when we went. They brought us bread and butter to start the meal, we should've eaten that and left. Do yourself a favor and go find a good burger instead of eating there...not worth it!

Very nice restaurant and dining experience. I would definitely repeat as food was excellent. If I had a complaint at all it would be that this is a very pricey dining experience. Be prepared for a large check.

We enjoyed a nice Barolo with our Wagyu New York Strip Steak. Our server Eddie was fantastic!

My wife and I have been here a few times and are always impressed with the service, food and management. Jean Georges is a first class dining experience and still manages to stand out with their exceptional attention to detail and quality of meat and seafood choices. I highly recommend it for any special occasion or if you have an important business meeting. 10 Stars!!

We've eaten at Gene George's a couple of times in the past when visiting Vegas and were very happy with our experience. We decided to go back and I can tell you the service is nothing compared to what it used to be. We arrived at our scheduled reservation 8:15 PM, was seated within five minutes, but waited for our drink order. Our waitress was few and far between and when she was present, she was very rushed. My fillet was very good, but my husband‘s bone in ribeye was very tough and grisly throughout. He only ate about half of it. He raises cattle for beef so he knows a little something about tender beef. Needless to say, we didn't think the trek from another casino where we're staying was worth the trip to Jean George's this time.

Dress code was not enforced. People were in shorts, sneakers etc as if they are dining at a soorts bar. The wine sommelier was great and made the experience nice. The steak was rough and temperature a was cold. Overall not an elevated experience as compared to my previous visits. It's a beautiful space so i hope they improve on quality and enforcing dress code

Got food poisoning after eating here due to undercooked meat, would recommend skipping. Not worth the risk
