It was my first time here and I came with my wife on a Sunday night hoping for a good experience. My wife ordered the 8oz fillet mignon with fries and I got the 18oz bone in rib eye with grilled asparagus. My wife asked hers to be cooked medium and mine medium rare. The wait for our food was 25min+ long. When we got our food, my wife's fillet mignon looked dry and my steak looked like medium. For me, there are some medium rare on the side of my steak but mostly medium in the middle. The taste was a little underwhelming. It seems more seasoning are needed. For the price we paid, this is not good and I was underwhelmed.

Everything was great. Food was high quality and staff/environment was incredible. But holy shoot it was expensive. We went to Hell’s Kitchen the night before and that was 200$ cheaper and arguably much better food.

Both the Filet and Tristan lobster were phenomenal! However the service was not as attentive as I would expect for this caliber of dining. The dress code adherence was also sparse. The table next to me has 2 patrons wearing flip flops and shorts and another had her fuzzy slippers off and her feet in the chair. Not at all what I would want to see.

Our first time eating here even though we have stayed at the Aria multiple times. We were seated fast. Our server , Matt, gave us the best service that we could ever remember having. He was fast, attentive, gave wonderful suggestions, didn’t hover, knows his stuff when it comes to food! I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how amazing he was. When we come back, its 90% because of him. He was that good.
The food was amazing. We tried the Carpaccio and liked it. Bacon wrapped shrimp was amazing. The crispy sushi was great as well. Our steaks were wonderful and it was the best seasoned asparagus we have ever had at a restaurant. Great job. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Review for 2023 since it was never posted — one of the best meals I’ve had in Las Vegas. Sashimi plate very fresh, Japanese A5 Wagyu steak, small piece but fatty and filling, plus sides like fois gras, bone marrow, leaving no place for dessert. I got a mojito mocktail that night, which had too much ice. There were photographers taking pictures and putting them in a special album as a souvenir from Aria resort.

Jean Georges Steakhouse delivers exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas dining experience: sleek ambiance, attentive service, and expertly cooked steaks that melt in your mouth. The setting is moody and elegant—perfect for a special night out—and the service throughout the evening was polished and professional.

The steaks were the highlight: beautifully seared, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly to order. Sides like the truffle mac and cheese and roasted mushrooms elevated the meal even further, and the wine list was extensive with some great pairing options.

That said, for the price point and prestige, a few details missed the mark—some courses felt rushed, and one or two dishes didn’t quite live up to the rest. Nothing major, but enough to keep it from being a perfect five-star night.

Still, Jean Georges Steakhouse is absolutely worth a visit if you’re looking for a high-end steakhouse experience with the signature Vegas flair. It’s a place that impresses—but with just a little more consistency, it could be flawless.

Had a party of 11. Food came out terribly cooked, had to be returned. Total bill at end of night was $2k. We had to work the POS system ourselves, its printer was broke, waiters didn’t care to help. Gratuity wasn’t included. Overall low quality experience.

Crazy expensive but what isn't in Vegas. One of the best filets I've had.

Service was very slow and food quality was poor. The people next to us didn't get their food on time either and they got complimentary champagne and desert. We got nothing. I have dined here many times here but will not be back.

Service is great, but as it goes for steakhouse I would take another look around the strip. I got the nyc strip and honestly have better stakes at Costco. Not worth the money. Avoid and consider others while you’re in Vegas.

Fun Vegas date night spot inside the Aria serving up classic steakhouse dishes, yummy cocktails and cool vibes. Great service.

Lobster was overpriced for tough over cooked, size was good, flavor was poor, very hard to chew. We spent $588.00 for a meal that I've had better for around $200.00. The service was very outstanding, people were great. I probably will never eat there again. Sorry

Outstanding meal and service. We had a large group so we had our own private room. The staff was exceptional from start to finish. The group has various items from the menu. Our group ordered various items from the menu and everyone was pleased. Well worth the money!
