Always a good time at our favorite steak house! Bar tender Jason is our favorite and takes care of us Everytime !
I had the filet, my friend had the strip and we shared the Yukon mashed potatoes. Both steaks were superb as wereq the Yukon mashed potatoes. Typical good steakhouse prices and well worth it! Food took a little long to come out, it was a 5:30pm reservation an we were one of only a few tables when we were seated. Water, drinks and bread were on point and refilled without needing to request. Overall, great experience, will definitely recommend.
Had a wonderful time for dinner. The service was great and the food was very good. Especially liked the crab appetizer.
Definitely not worth the money. Crab leg was overpriced and barely any meat. Steak wasn't recooked and had to send back.
Thought is was a facncy night out. But the guy next to us had on shorts and a baseball cap.
We have eaten here multiple times and we always love coming back because Jean Georges is always an amazing dining experience. The entire staff are so professional, friendly, and attentive. John was our server again and he delivered another outstanding dining experience for me and my wife as we celebrated her birthday. We are always treated like VIPs and always look forward to our next visit. The GM John and AM Adrianna came by to check on us as we dined to welcome and thank us for coming while checking on us. All of the serving staff were impressive and professional as always. The food from start to finish was excellent and so delicious. Perfect cook on our steaks as usual. We want to thank you all for one of our best dinners ever and all that you do. We are grateful for your hospitality and we will continue to recommend Jean Georges every chance we get.
High expectations , in fairness the Salmon and vegetables were excellent, but sadly the Filet Mignon was very very poor . It was over cooked , tough and a very poor cut . This place (like most in Vegas now) is Ridiculously over priced and when I looked at how much we paid this morning , I felt even more ripped off . Perhaps no wonder the place was half empty? - Sorry we won't be back .
We love Jean Georges and eat there almost every trip to Las Vegas. It's beautiful and elegant, with wonderful service and always amazing food! It's a perfect experience with friends or business colleagues. Thank you!
We scheduled our reservation right at the opening of the restaurant. Everything was awesome! I had to give it only 4 stars overall because we received a dressed code text saying what not to wear and then a large group that sat next to us had tshirts and shorts and slippers.
Great experience! The atmosphere was lovely, the service was impeccable, and the host was fantastic!

Bad experience with the waiter. The food take so long and came in different parts. So two of the party were having dinner first and the rest 25 minutes later. My chiken was to hard to eat. It was my favorite restaurant till that day. Cuality have chance A LOT
While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I was a party of 1 and showed up on time for my 7:45 reservation. I wasn't seated until nearly 8:45 - a full hour late (being a party of 1 seems relatively easy to accommodate too..). I was fine waiting because I was looking forward to my meal, but honestly it took almost another hour for my steak to arrive and it was just...fine. Nothing special. I would not pay $125+ for this experience again. Heck, I probably wouldn't pay anything for this lol. The staff was kind and lovely, but the experience was very poor.
This has been one of our favorite spots for the last five years. Every time we come to Vegas we are sure to eat here. restaurant is beautiful. Food is amazing and Service without a doubt is the best..
My new husband and I went to Jean George for our wedding night celebration dinner and the team at Jean George went above and beyond to make the evening special. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and seated very quickly. Our team of servers were very helpful in ensuring we were never without water or additional cocktails (lychee Bellini and a signature non alcoholic mocktail) throughout the meal. The food itself was absolutely the best meal I've ever had in my life. To start our meal we were given a delicious bread and butter, then we ordered the beef carpaccio and bacon wrapped shrimp as appetizers. For our main dish we each ordered the F1 petite filet as well as asparagus and maitake mushrooms as sides. We planned to finish our day by ordering dessert and they surprised us by preparing a beautiful complimentary board of their dessert offerings and wished us congratulations with more champagne and took a photo for us with our phones. We will be raving about this experience. Absolutely lovely evening.
It was my first time here and I came with my wife on a Sunday night hoping for a good experience. My wife ordered the 8oz fillet mignon with fries and I got the 18oz bone in rib eye with grilled asparagus. My wife asked hers to be cooked medium and mine medium rare. The wait for our food was 25min+ long. When we got our food, my wife's fillet mignon looked dry and my steak looked like medium. For me, there are some medium rare on the side of my steak but mostly medium in the middle. The taste was a little underwhelming. It seems more seasoning are needed. For the price we paid, this is not good and I was underwhelmed.
