We were in Vegas for work (staying at the Aria) and on our first night after a long day we decided to try George’s. I recommend making reservations. We did that through the MGM app. The service was amazing. Everyone that came to our table took great care to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted. We had a bottle of wine and each got a steak. We split 2 sides and it was more than enough food. Almost too much. Save room for desert it was delish! Highly recommend giving them a try. A little heavy on the $$s but they are a 3 Star Michelin restaurant and you get what you pay for two fold!

The meat quality was outstanding and the choice of wine is wonderful. It's a high price location and it's recommended to make a reservation in case you want to avoid waiting for a table.

Food is very over rated, steaks little to no flavor it's like the kitchen ran out of salt and pepper. The staff are the only saving grace very attentive and polite.

What a disappointing night, I should have probably walked away when the bar tender didn’t have 2 of the 3 drinks we asked for from the menu a ciroc vodka and a glass of sauvignon blanc. The rib eye steak I did not finish was over cooked and tough, the waitress was on another planet and they seemed more interested in taking photos and selling them to us, I was not asked if I enjoyed my meal which was obviously not the case as I had left half the steak, all in all a waste of $500.00.

The steak. What a disappointment.Mashed Potato another disappointment. Oh the bread was really good. My friends Seafood Salad looked just okay, but he liked it. Let's get to the meat of the matter. I rarely pay $78 for a steak (or $22 for mashed potatoes). Very rarely. So I was really looking forward to something incredibly tender, flavor, melts in your mouth, etc.My NY steak was more rare than medium rare but not to the point I would send it back but my buddy noticed a fully red piece and said that's "rare." No flavor or very little flavor. Ready for the worst? Chewy fat throughout. Not marbling but the grisle type fat. No bueno. I ate a lot of the fat and when possible put a lot on my plate.Oh the mashed potatoes. Yeah they were the worst mashed potatoes I ever had even worse than from a box. It was maybe 60% potato and 40% butter and then kind of like whipped into a soft, almost soupy thing. Not for me.Our server was wonderful, very sweet. Except when she asked if I wanted a soda refill (sitting at table in bar) I replied "no, in fact this soda isn't great. Not enough fizz. She was very nice and offered to replace it with a can of soda. She took my half full glass and brought me the can at that point everything was great. The problem is she charged me for both. No she charged my buddy for two sodas as well at $6:50 each. But that might be because we were in the bar I don't know. But I for sure know if she takes a half full glass away from me that I complained was flat she shouldn't have charged me for it.It was unintentional she just didn't know any better I really liked her but that was a mistake. My parents always taught me that if the parking lot is full it's a good restaurant. Well Javier's "parking lot" if you will was packed. This place had plenty dining customers but prolly 60 - 70% empty.I hate to have to say this but if you want steak or food don't go to this place. Try Javiers (I'm a fan of their Newport Coast location) and....their "parking lot was packed, lol"

Jean Georges Steakhouse at the Aria Hotel and Casino exceeded all expectations with its exceptional cuisine and top-notch service. The char-grilled octopus stole the show with its unparalleled flavor and tenderness, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. The truffle mac & cheese was a delightful indulgence, perfectly complementing the succulent 18oz ribeye steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection.Every aspect of the dining experience, from the elegant ambiance to the attentive service, contributed to a memorable evening. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Jean Georges Steakhouse to anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary experience in Las Vegas.

Worst customer service ever the manager Megan had zero hospitality and was extremely unhelpful . I’m a regular here just because I like the food but I always take my food to go since the customer service is a zero for me . They officially lost me as a customer .
