Jersey Mike’s Subs

Female order taker was nice & welcoming, the male "toppings" employee was rude, not friendly, never smiled, snapped at a few customers that were ahead of us. Food was good. But take your $$$ to a different location. Even the dine in customers were watching the toppings guy. We will not be returning to that location.

This location closes before 7:30 PM. Pay no attention to the posted business hours as "we're out of bread" is a response from the evening crew employees. This isn't the first time, I've been met with this response. Before walking in, I actually laughed and joked with my wife saying, "watch they'll be out of bread "... this place should change the name as they can't sell Subs without bread.

Was in today management was rude and didn't really give me great service kinda put to the side and like gave the person behind me more attention instead of have another person to help so u dont mess up gave me a dry no sauce on it when I asked and put jalapeno when I asked not to and almost put it on the wrong bread and just try to help each customer one by one if u can't give ur best service to two

Went in, quickly placed my order, was out the door within minutes. The guys behind the counter were very professional and quite manner able. Atmosphere was quiet, just about to close.

Staff was not the usual chipper staff that I’ve come to know at Jersey Mikes. They were efficient and thorough, however. My chief complaint is health and hygiene. The guy making the cold sandwiches and bagging them up had long hair that was pulled back but many strands that didn’t stay in the pony tail so they were hanging over his hat. A hair net would help this and protect our food. More importantly he never once changed his gloves! He made the food, wrapped the sandwiches, bagged the food, including grabbing chips from the shelf, proceeded to wipe crumbs off the counter with gloved hand and then start making the next order. Again this was all without changing gloves, thus defeating the purpose of the gloves! They’re not to protect the workers hands!

You need to inform your supplier that it is unlawful to use a Handicap parking space as an unloading dock for your supplies. I asked your vendor to move and he refused giving up the Handicap spot for my mother inlaw who is permanently disabled and in a wheelchair who has a handicap parking sticker to allow us access to get into your establishment.
I ask for a manager and with over 5 people there " there was no manager" I informed the employees inside and employees didn't even request your Vendor to move the supplies so a paying customer has access. They just said " oh she is a Karen".
Being a business owner myself and being a big apart of this community. To stand up for people who literally can't stand up for themselves is not being a Karen. It's called speaking up to treat people with kindness and dignity. One day you may wish someone would do the right thing for you as well....

I will never eat or support your establishment ever again. Your food is not even good, and have a horrible reputation, just look at all the negative reviews...

The employees were really friendly and attentive. They were mostly all teenagers or younger adults but were great. Our sandwiches were made really well and were of course delicious.

The service and food I received from this location was very below the standard I have come to expect from Jersey Mike's. I ordered online. My pickup time was 7:48 and I didn't walk out the store 30 minutes after my pickup time. The person working the counter was rude and to top it off they made 3 out of the 5 items I ordered wrong. It will be a very long time before I visit this location again.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Jersey Mike's on Celebration and Tropical. I went in to order a sandwich and ended up waiting for seven minutes without anyone acknowledging me. While I sat there, I watched the staff make three other to-go orders, and no one even looked my way. By the time they finally noticed me, I was so frustrated that I decided to leave without ordering. So I walked across the street to port of subs where they took my order right way. It was incredibly frustrating to be ignored like that, and I won't be returning to this location.
