I ordered a sandwich today for my lunch break and upon arrival, they did not begin making my sandwich and it was not busy. But, the real problem was that I was there close to 20 minutes and they skipped over my sandwich and I had 7 minutes left on my lunch break and they finally started making it. Left out half the ingredients to it. Worst jersey mikes experience I've witnessed

Jersey Mike's? More like Jersey Yikes!Let’s just say I am well versed in what this franchise has to offer – I am a loyal JM’s consumer and if restaurants released a “Spotify like”  re-cap, I’d be in the top 0.1% of patrons. With my credentials out of the way, let me tell you why Jersey Mike’s on Tropical Pkwy is undoubtedly, undeniably, and patently the worst representation of this brand and has Papa Mike rolling in his grave.As a lover of the JM’s art, I’ve given Tropical Blvd multiple attempts, I mean we all have off days, but these employees take the art out of sandwich artists.  The service was abysmal. The staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else but there, and frankly their minds had probably taken a head start out the door.The sound waves of my request, “May I please have a number 13 on white bread?,” could have traveled to the Grand Canyon and reverberated back before the employee sighed out a hesitant “ya.” I swear, I have wrinkles that formed in the time that passed before the employee led paint stared back at me saying “What bread? Rosemary?’ “No, white thank you.” “Okay number 6 on white.” Oh you thought it ends there? “No onions” was shortly followed by a serving large enough of onions that even Shrek couldn’t finish shoveled on to the sandwich, which when corrected, the employee just scrapped off, back into the onion pile. Hazard? What if someone was allergic? Or if a following customer were to consume onions that touched meats their diet restricts? Lastly, the hallmark of this institution “may I please have it Mike’s way?” this location must report to a different Mike than the pal I know and love, because the employee decided that meant I wanted pickles piled on, and then after correction discarded them in same precarious manner as our fallen onions.Now while this interaction may not seem crippling enough to justify the slander of a 1 star review, it frankly was one of the better experiences I’ve had at this location. Today just irked me to the point that I needed to share the defamation Tropical Pkwy wields over the Jersey Mike’s institution and I recommend to anyone hoping to enjoy the rejuvenating experience of dining at Jersey Mike’s, please go literally anywhere else. Some people do not deserve fifteenth chances.

I ordered two sandwiches for delivery. They use DoorDash for their deliveries. When I got my food there was 1 sandwich. When I called the store they said the gentleman remembered the driver and he grabbed the bag and left the other one. They apologized for it happening and basically said they were slammed and driver was mad. This was not the issue. A manager had to give me a refund and would call me back.The gentleman i talked to was amazing but the manager never calls back. 2 or 3 days go by and I remember oh ya I still need a refund. I call again and same gentleman answers and remembers the situation and tells me manager ran to bank and would call me back. They never do.The employees were amazing but I don’t want to order from this particular store again. It’s not hard for a 20 sec phone call to say sorry do you want. A refund or free sandwhich.Edit: they asked me to reach out and I did three days ago and I asked to talk to a manager again. I was told they would call me back. Whoever is managing the store is seeming to me like they do not care to talk to customers.

FOOD SAFETY ISSUE - Don't order here if you have allergies.I ordered a Giant Chipotle Cheesteak - Without cheese extra sauce. I literally called the restaurant after I placed my UberEats order and asked over the phone no cheese extra sauce please. She said "sure, I got you."I received a REGULAR sub COVERED IN CHEESE.I have a dairy and gluten allergy. This could have gone real bad.I will never order from Jersey Mike's anymore. Whoever is making these sandwiches is NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE ORDERS.

I like Jersey Mikes as they beat the other subs shops like SW and PoS. Their ingredients are fresh, bread is soft and the subs are made fast.This location is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in Las Vegas, the crew is awesome, Sam (the manager) is super friendly and amazing at what she does when it comes to keeping the store clean and the crew members trained!Tonight I ordered a mini number 13 grilled, and the workers… Maddie, Alex, and Elijah were super kind and friendly. And made my sub super fast. Keeping me entertained as they kept a conversation with me the whole way down the line.This place is 10/10. If honestly leave more than 5 stars if I could.Vegetarian options: 14, 64

Last time I left a review the store was an absolute mess and funny enough even now it still is, the restroom is absolutely horrible I'm pretty sure none of the employees touch that thing, the tomatoes sit in their own juice until they're soggy, the mayo looks extra oily, I think it's beginning to seperate so it's either really old or their drop-in is broken which probably means all the other ingredients are warm which it certainly felt like, the employees are a mess with no clear management, one lady wasn't wearing a hat or apron, one guys pants even despite wearing a belt sagged so low I could see his blue underwear, and one person seems to be growing out his beard but isn't wearing a beard net, honestly at this point I don't know if I can return to this store anymore after seeing no improvement over 3 whole years, in fact I think it's gotten worse each yearVegetarian options: They have a veggie sub consisting of cheese and bellpeppers with whatever toppings and a hotsub consisting of portobello Swiss onions and bell peppersDietary restrictions: They have gluten free optionsParking: It's in a parking lot, I'm not counting how much parking they have, its a lotWheelchair accessibility: They have a nearby ramp to allow access to people using wheelchairs

Horrible horrible horrible service. This is the second time we’ve been tot his location. The first time about 4 months ago we walked in 45 minutes before closing. They had already put away more than half of their toppings and refused to get them out again. Two people in front of us left, including us at the end. How can you stay open and not offer enough toppings to make a sandwich because you’re trying to close up? Shouldn’t you be trying to close up WHEN YOU CLOSE???The second time was the date of this post. We went in and spent EXACTLY 23 minutes in line. Meanwhile, 3 of the worker on 4 separate occasions went to the corner to laugh and joke around while 2 did all the work…poor guys! They messed up my sub and finally when they got the order right, they began putting toppings on it and literally put toppings on the entire sup except the bottom 4”!!! Yes, you read that right…nearly a third of my sandwich didn’t have toppings because the guy just decided to stop at a certain point and began stacking the toppings completely missing that last bit of sub. Then at the end, my wife told the guy 2 times we wanted 2 large sodas. Do u think he did it? Nope! Then the people behind us started getting irritated because the line was getting longer so he just handed us a cup. ONE! We ordered 2, but whatever…entire experience was unacceptable this time and last time. We will not be back here. They have two meat slicers for a reason! I suggest you guys start using them and getting your employees to work! Lots of stress and long lines and upset customers would have been avoided if y’all just thought outside the box slightly to use all of your resources possible to work efficiently.Either way I’m done here, but to avoid losing more customers I’d suggest you fix this ASAP! Twice over a 4 month period isn’t ok. You close and put stuff away when you close, not before and you think outside the box to create a smoother process and gain happier customers. Period. I hope the franchise owner sees this and does something about. Oh, and the music was so loud that it caused all the already irritated people to increase their volumes just to hear over the music… Unacceptable!

WORST JERSY MIKES IN LAS VEGAS. As a Jersey Mike’s connoisseur I’ve had The pleasure to experience almost every jersey Mike’s in Las Vegas. This location has always given a problem . Today’s problem when I stood there for 5 mins waiting to be helped They finally told me they only have wheat bread . So I left and place an order for Uber eats and 27 minutes later, I magically got a sandwich with white bread delivered to my door . Customer service of the employees location is God awful compared to any other Jersey Mike’s in the city. This location bring Shame to the Jersey Mike’s Every visit I have Management should be considering help from other stores yet alone , replace the management. Spin the extra 15 minutes and go to a different location for much better service
