Great Jersey Mike's location! The place is clean, and service is good. My favorite is the chipotle mayo cheesesteak.

Very slow taking the orders. The food took forever ! And staff isn’t friendly! Where are the normal employees who make your business

Nice people and good service.
When I got home with my taped up order. it did not match. Kinda hard to imagine it got screwed up over the phone the way I worded it.

One size down from biggest, I got two sizes down. I also got meat and cheese only but specifically ordered otherwise.

Other than not getting what I ordered, it was good. Not worth the gas and time to come back and get what I wanted. Curious considering the order was confirmed. one reason i don't tip anymore. Maybe once they are right consistently.

Edit: well 3/4 through my sub I got my first bit of onion. Still no pepper. So i guess it's just poorly made, not just wrong.

Ordered ahead and 30 minutes past the pickup time still no order. When asked, employees reported a new policy change that resulted in orders being backed up. When I asked for a refund because I no longer had time to wait, they called the manager Derrick who on the phone said was not able to issue a refund for the order. 5 other customers also in the same boat. I left with no food and they did not issue a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you want your money stolen like mine was

When you walk in no one says hello and while typically I don’t care about that because after working customer service for years I get it, but they completely ignore any customer that comes in the store and solely concentrate on to go orders . If it was a one time occurrence I would not even say anything, but everytime is diabolical.

I have been a loyal customer of jersey mike's sandwich shops for many years now.

This location is a whole different monster.

I came in for a lunch with my family, And the employees created an extremely dangerous and hostile situation for me and my family.

My two year old son was playing And one of his hotwheel cars rolled into the kitchen which I retrieved.

The employee andrew then proceeded To tell me that my son could not be playing near the kitchen which I agreed with and told him I would make sure It didn't happen.

He then began creating a barricade with chair Is that any child would be go through, under or around, And effectively blocked off the restrooms for all other customers and the emergency exit in the back. This created a dangerous situation.Not only for my son who could have injured himself on the barricade, But also for everybody else in the store.Had there been an emergency situation that required using the back door.

I then pointed out to the employee that this was not an effective means asked if he had kids which he clearly did not have any experience with kids his own or otherwise.

Andrew then began to become aggressive with me and ultimately ended up pulling a concealed butterfly knife. His co worker also threatened to knock me out Unconscious.

I attempted to notify the mananger of what was going on, And
He quite literally told me that this was not his usual location so he did not care.

I have reached out to customer service who has offered to refund me $20 for the inconvenience of having my and my family's life threatened by poorly trained employees with some kind of anger management issue.

I explained that this will not be enough but they have refused to respond to several emails and text messages and phone calls.

Unacceptable. I genuinely regret not pressing criminal charges immediately.

Racist attitude to deliver drivers to be expected at this location. Train workers to treat customers equally.

Horrible service for gluten-free. When they normally wipe off the grill to ensure that there’s cross contamination is low they stated that they’re now on a schedule and can’t make any accommodations for gluten-free. This was a waste of my time.
