Jersey Mikes employee was awesome! The manager Kobe went above and beyond to deliver our Basketball team order of 25 sandwiches on time to the Vegas airport. He had to make his way through a locked down airport because the president had just landed and somehow he got all the sandwiches delivered on time! Can’t say enough about the legendary service!

So I was pretty hangry And had been waiting for a long time for my food, and people who had ordered after me, had already teceived their food. But as soon as I bitt into that big kahuna, all was forgiven. I don’t know what they put on that sandwich, but it was so delicious!!! All of the workers were really nice and polite and working hard. The only issue I had was freezing in there in the store so I went and ate in my car.. This is the second time I’ve eaten here and both times. It’s so so delicious.

I’ve been coming here for a really long time the new manager Kobe is so sweet and make sure that my order is right every single time and if it’s not, he has no problem fixing it. He always has a smile on his face and is a great person five stars for Kobe.

The girls working in the front of the house (supposedly the next line "supervisors") were being extremely disrespectful; making rude comments and discriminating my mom who went to go pick up an order. She patiently waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich and they were taking extra long to package up the order. Made her walk back and forth to the pick-up when the order wasn't even prepared. No proper communication. Except amongst themselves laughing and making fun of my mom.

It was way too busy in there. They were doing many, many subs for a nearby event. Unfortunately customers actually in the store were left waiting 15-20 minutes to get serviced. There should be workers doing big event orders and a worker dedicated to in store people.
