Awesome ! This sandwich shop is KING ! It tops them all ! ( sorry other shops ) I’ve never had such a great sandwich ! Definitely gets your money’s worth ! I’m a lifer !

When I place an order online for the convenience of the restaurant or Business, I have an expectation that my food will be ready within 5 to 7 minutes of the time they tell me it’s ready so when I showed up at this location, my food was supposed to be ready at 5:26 at 5:40 when I’m standing there they haven’t even made it yet There’s one guy working in the front and who knows where the other guy is but he’s not anywhere to be seen when he finally comes out he says oh I have it right here. I said oh so you’re saying it is made? no ma’am it’s not made well then you don’t have it right there. It would be different if the place was crowded, Or a backlog of tickets, but there was no one in the restaurant, and there were no tickets waiting to be made. Therefore, the guy saw an opportunity to not make my sandwich hoping I would not show up, but why wouldn’t I show up? I’ve already paid for it.

Your AC was definitely partially out in the store yesterday, on 7/15/25, in the dining room area. If I was working there I would’ve walked out. Please have it fixed ASAP. I shouldn’t have dined in, as by the time I was done with my sandwich I was drained.

I love Jersey Mike’s, they have the best subs, but this review is to commend the staff at this particular location. They are simply the best. Vanessa is always a pleasure to deal with (she helps us with catering orders for our business as well) and seems to be genuinely concerned with providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Her people all seem happy to be there as well, which says much about the experience in the store, both for the customers and the employees. Can’t say enough good things about this location, it’s hard for me to go anywhere else!

Just left this fantastic sandwich shop customer service was above and beyond what is required of them? Very friendly and professional while being polite, all the food was fresh and ready for service I would highly recommend the sandwich shop.

Thought I give another location a try since the location on W Charleston always makes my online order wrong. This location did just that too. I ordered 3 subs through mobile app. 1st sub was white bread, instead they used wheat bread. 2nd sub was rosemary, instead they used white bread. 3rd sub white bread, instead they used rosemary. Lastly, all 3 breads are stale/hard not fresh. Jersey Mikes as a whole corporate needs to retrain and maybe hire more competent employees who can read online orders and make subs correct.

Eperience-1 star. Every time I’m in here, they are making online orders and I wait 10 mins before someone takes my order, and other 10 while they squeeze it in the long cue. There has to be another more efficient way to do this.

I love Jersey Mike's. Best sandwiches in town. Have it Mike's way. (I personally have Mike's way done directly on the bread. Then add my toppings. Yumm)

Another restaurant where the staff refuses to work. Just make me a sandwich, what's the problem? Meat on the bread, sir.
