We come to Jersey Mikes alot and I have to say this location is the worst one. It is the closest to where we live and sometimes we try to avoid and dry further because of how bad the service is. First thing they all have an attitude and have no customer service. I have worked customer service for years and I smile and welcome people. There is no hi welcome to Jersey Mikes nothing! Another thing the guy at the register pulled the guy that was making the sandwiches and he started touching money and came back and made
our sandwich. I was so upset that people at this place are not trained properly to change your gloves and wash your hands. There was many people working and no one helped the guy at the register it had to be the guy making the sandwiches which held up the line. The girl that works here did this to my mom last time we came in as well something fell on the floor and she went to pick it up and make our sandwich without changing her gloves. This particular person has such a bad attitude that I cannot believe they have people working here if you can tell they do not want to be there. I would say go to a different Jersey Mikes and avoid this one altogether because they will contaminate your food.

Great location! I don't understand the negative reviews. The staff were more than willing to work and were friendly. The cheesesteaks are great for a chain sub place. This place is worth going for a quick sandwich!

Today November 8th 2025 just after 11am I arrived to place an order. The female employee took my order and then began to slice meat while berating another employee for being too slow. Stating that she had a personal emergency and needed to leave. Instead of excusing herself she kept telling the male employees she had an emergency and needed to go for several minutes. You could tell they were bitting their tongues and just continued working. The stress that she caused ended with me almost leaving the shop with another customers order.

I don't know if she is the manager. But if she is she needs more training on conducting herself with other employees and in front of customers. If her emergency was so important she should have just left. Good on the two men for remaining professional and catching the mistake.

I think this is my first time at this location in a very good minute. Prior to the visit I was having a bad day. The three employees thats working at the timeframe i show up around 5ish was getting caught up on online orders prior to me which its understandable and i just got off work so i have all the time in the world (well til they close of course). While i was still deciding on what to order the attitude and gesture shown on the last customer prior to me ordering (anticipating a food delivery driver) not only was disrespectful when they had the order ready but spit on the main doors before he drove off. I gotta give those three MAJOR credit when the credit is due and I dont say that likely. I applaud those three for staying professional and didnt took it personal. Of course i was angry with em because they just doing their jobs. Nothing more nothing less. I wish I would got those three employees names, but they deserve to be recognized for that.

For the higher ups that own that location and hopefully see this review please take care of those three employees. They are three of the best employees yall got.

You know the food at jersey mikes is simply amazing and fresh but my favorite part of coming here is the amazing customer service! Specifically McKenzie she always seems to be in a amazing mood, reminds me of the specials and goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer sevice.

When I place an order online for the convenience of the restaurant or Business, I have an expectation that my food will be ready within 5 to 7 minutes of the time they tell me it’s ready so when I showed up at this location, my food was supposed to be ready at 5:26 at 5:40 when I’m standing there they haven’t even made it yet There’s one guy working in the front and who knows where the other guy is but he’s not anywhere to be seen when he finally comes out he says oh I have it right here. I said oh so you’re saying it is made? no ma’am it’s not made well then you don’t have it right there. It would be different if the place was crowded, Or a backlog of tickets, but there was no one in the restaurant, and there were no tickets waiting to be made. Therefore, the guy saw an opportunity to not make my sandwich hoping I would not show up, but why wouldn’t I show up? I’ve already paid for it.
