Jersey Mike's Subs

Thought I give another location a try since the location on W Charleston always makes my online order wrong. This location did just that too. I ordered 3 subs through mobile app. 1st sub was white bread, instead they used wheat bread. 2nd sub was rosemary, instead they used white bread. 3rd sub white bread, instead they used rosemary. Lastly, all 3 breads are stale/hard not fresh. Jersey Mikes as a whole corporate needs to retrain and maybe hire more competent employees who can read online orders and make subs correct.

Eperience-1 star. Every time I’m in here, they are making online orders and I wait 10 mins before someone takes my order, and other 10 while they squeeze it in the long cue. There has to be another more efficient way to do this.

I love Jersey Mike's. Best sandwiches in town. Have it Mike's way. (I personally have Mike's way done directly on the bread. Then add my toppings. Yumm)

Another restaurant where the staff refuses to work. Just make me a sandwich, what's the problem? Meat on the bread, sir.

Love this location. I’ve been coming here regularly almost every weekend for years, and they’re very friendly and welcoming, even asking me how I’ve been. Just like Cheers, they always know my name :-) Angelina is always so lovely to interact with as we exchange travel tips and places to explore across America. Great food, great atmosphere and people. Always fast, wonderful service.

Angelina is an amazing worker made my sandwich in less than 30 seconds, the sandwich was the best one I’ve ever had. I really enjoyed our conversation, she is the nicest restaurant worker ive ever encountered & with a big greeting smile on her face, her customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced.

I will never eat there again they sat your food on the counter where there’s germs at n it’s a mess all over the counter my last time eating with them n the guys made my sandwich nasty asf he even for got the cheese boring place to sit n eat n nasty food u don’t wanna take home

Food, as always, is good as expected from Jersey Mikes. Quality service is lacking in this particular store

We order Jersey’s regularly for delivery through the app bc we love it. However now this new store has opened & they force us in the app to order from here & it’s AWFUL! It is not Jersey standard as we have come to expect it at all. Last 2 times we ordered our subs were wrong. As disappointing as it has been we just had to try one more time bc maybe they figured out how to train the new employees properly. A las nope all 3 sandwiches came WRONG! Tons of oregano that we don’t like so we requested not to have any. None of got oil & vinegar… 2 of us had to go to Capriottis for replacement food because we couldn’t eat through the oregano. We won’t be ordering Jersey’s in the app anymore. Since i work from home & often can’t leave to get the food jerseys just won’t be on the menu anymore for a while.
I’d steer clear of this location unless you’re there to physically walk them through your order.

This is by far one of the Best jersey Mikes locations. I order ahead and the order is always ready and fresh....and perfect. This is a great location to either dine in or carryout.

Italian cones without pickles... It's in your ingredient list that it doesn't come with it.... You ask them to make sure it doesn't come with pickles... And guess what.... You get home and it's saturated in pickle juice and pickles... So now ..I have to throw it away and go to firehouse subs. This is the second time they screwed up my expensive lunch.... Won't be coming back.
