My co worker Alex and I from DOCTOR COOL A.C. And HEATING, came to Jersey mikes for lunch and we both agree that the staff here were awesome and very professional. They have met our every need, and the way they made our subs was fantastically delicious!! I’m not sure what others were whining about and giving only one stars. If Alex and I could we would give them a 10 star. Thank you Godfrey, Vanessa, billy, Gavin.

My wife ordered ahead for her lunch. Showed up about 8 minutes after designated time and order was not ready. Other orders were being taken and fulfilled except my order. Waited about 40 minutes and finally was attended to. Nothing was done at the store to make things better. My wife missed her lunch break and to make things worse. The order wasn't even done properly when I dropped off her lunch. The staff was nonchalant about everything and one staff member even had a bit of an attitude after seeing I was visibly upset.

Better than most chain sandwich shops. Hot and cold subs. Many options. Made fresh. Good cheesesteaks. Not a long wait. It's next to a starbucks so sometimes you have to park a little further away and be careful of the drive thru coffee people. I have almost been hit. I wish they stayed open later at night.Vegetarian options: Salads with loads of veggies.

Placed a very large order at this location. Had to do it over the phone due to company policies. The staff were friendly, kind, and informative. Arrived the next day to pick up our order and it was ready when we arrived. The staff had already placed an abundance of oil and vinegar ramekins in a bag for us, and napkins, mayo, and mustard were included inside of the catering boxes. Our order was correct, and the subs were fresh. The staff here are fantastic. I’ll be using this location again for our next event.
I love jersey mikes however I went into the store to order as the last time I ordered online they didn't follow my instructions. Well I went in person and they still didn't follow my instructions!! Is it that hard to do what the customer asks?

Placed an order for my office and when I came to pick it up and saw flies crawling all over the food and the dirty tables, I requested a refund and left. Will not be back.Previous visits had dirty tables, but the flies kills it for me. Staff seemed ok with it.

No green lettuce I paid 15 for a giant brown lettuce monster and was disappointed beyond repair this location is so bad it will make newbies never come back. I worked for them 2 years this location I a stain on the franchise...

Thankfully after dealing with the place in Boca Park I was able to get to Rainbow to pick up my two sandwiches much cleaner much friendlier staff and what do you know they were willing to actually service customers up until the time they closed unlike Boca Park don't waste your time going there find another Jersey Mike's that place is disgusting
