Wow! This location kills it! The staff is so warm and welcoming and all working so hard together! It’s so busy inside and the entire staff still maintains a professional demeanor. Very impressive! I used to help run a sandwich shop that was incredibly busy and I was so impressed today! The gentleman with the pony tail on the Sammie line is amazing! My sandwich was perfect! Thank you so much to all the staff for their hard work during such a busy lunch rush on LV BLVD!

pretty good service , staff great past 2 weeks I’ve came in on Thursday’s during afternoons and those staff always seem to be great and make my sandwiches perfect overall great place and good to eat !!!

This has to be the filthiest place ever! Not a soul in there and still none of the staff could bother to wipe down tables, empty the trash or even clean the restroom. 2 staff members made themselves a sandwich, ate it and left while we were there. While the others just stood behind the counter. After reading the other reviews sad to see that nothing has changed. So disappointing as this is my favorite sandwich spot!

For a sandwich chain shop that charges $9.99 plus tip and tax for the regular sized #7 Turkey and Provolone, they sure can cut the cheese alot thicker. The provolone cheese slices on my sandwich was absolutely paper thin to the point where you couldn’t taste it. What’s the point of going so cheap on your ingredients?

These kids need some help in here. Food is good!

It works for a quick lunch if that’s what you’re looking for, but quality and flavor….not so much. Staff were all very friendly but what will prevent me from returning is how dirty the place was. The trash was coming out of the top of the bin, and it seemed like the counters weren’t wiped down in quite some time, as evidenced by the ample food residue all over. Hard pressed to recommend.

This staff here clearly needs training on being kind. A smile doesn’t cost anything. They are not happy just resting faces. The idea of customer service is a bother but the attitude is plentiful. I ordered three sandwiches. Asking the young black girl to fix my sandwich with light mayo, and add extra pickles, add extra pickles. Please add extra pickles. Must be her trigger.

My bread was hard as a rock, and they put the wrong bread on both sandwiches .

This is the best business for Sub Sandwiches. Any location you go to you always get professional service. I absolutely recommend and sub on the Rosemary Parmesan Bread. My favorite go to is the Ham and Swiss, served Mikes way with Pepper Relish and Mayo.

Apparently “mobile orders” mean nothing, Order to be ready at said time, I’m in store at said time, I am acknowledged by nice enough guy, then watched meat slicer make my sandwich then proceed to put every customer that was in the store in front of my sandwich for a total of about ten minutes wait on top of normal and allowed preparation time. Seems a bit of a fly in the ointment there as far as importance. Total order and wait time 15 - 20 minutes for a sub. I could’ve walked in and out without using your app and had a 10 times better experience. And in about 3 minutes by the look of it. Geeeesh never again. Ohhhh but you get points

Terrible. The food looks terrible and it's tastes terrible. My sandwich looked like someone stomped on it and then threw it across the room. It's insulting.
