This store is really the best store in Las Vegas I wouldn’t go to any other store at all Boca park is where it is at the staff is really great and friendly they know when it’s Time to play and when it’s time get serious I love this location more then anything and the gm is really great as well
Jersey Mike’s 🥲 This is the only sandwich shop I like and this is the third time I’ve come and my sandwich has NO MEEEAT! Literally $20 for a sandwich with no meat is WILD! Both ends of my sandwich NO MEAT and very little in the middle 🥲 They were very nice though and my customer service was great but the sandwich, that’s the problem. Someone needs to fix this issue pleaseeee
The beautiful soul at the register- a black woman im assuming is the manager (OR SHOULD BE!) is the example of why people come back to somewhere. I asked her name specifically before I left and thanked her to shout her out- Alissa.
I came here once MONTHS ago… And she remembered me today. That’s not the reason for the review. In the 25-30 mins I was here for lunch today, I saw her go out of her way to greet every customer, make conversation with people ordering, keep a good flow w her colleagues. Im clearly not the only person she welcomed back and tried to connect with as a return customer. I rarely write reviews unless it’s to highlight something really special at a spot, exceptional service, or something completely over the top bad. She made me write this review.
Alissa radiates positive vibes. You can feel the genuine good intention. She went above and beyond with everyone she interacted with- and it wasn’t forced. It came naturally. She also really made sure gluten free food was done properly and not contaminated in a pleasant, quick way. Which is unheard of at other sandwich shops (cuz bread, duh!) but wow. She deserves her flowers. With so much crappy customer service these days, when I see people like this, I try to always make sure they get a positive comment at work but I really hope she gets some recognition for this. She really did make my day. Thank you
I came in on Saturday and just had the most wonderful experience. And I have almost 800 points so I've been to a quite a few. I was greeted on the way in which is always nice and Riley took my order. She was phenomenal great customer service laughed and joked made eye contact with his super important and talked to me the whole way through my order. I recently moved to this area I miss will not be my favorite Jersey Mike's of all of them that I have been to. I look forward to coming back. Michael

Jersey Mike's is already becoming mediocre after the Blackstone acquisition. No surprise there. Ripoffish prices. I'll be buying my subs elsewhere from now on. I try to avoid Blackstone companies.
I've been to this store several times and it's close to my house, and it's my favorite location in Las Vegas! They always do an awesome job, are friendly wether I'm ordering in or picking up an online order. My order has always been correct and fresh. Can be busy as it’s in the target parking lot but I’m always in and out within 10 minutes or less. My favorite thing about this store is the bread is always fresh and soft never hard from being left out too long or over baked. Even when it's not the closest to me at the time I go out of my way to come to this store.

It's not the same without chad there no love or anything in the sub anymore they shouldn't have let him go or took his rank there mess up for that the gm said she was going to save him didn't seem like she did she should have tough I am not going to this location anymore who ever wanted to Fire chad don't know they lost some that real loving and careing they should take him back and give him back his rank that he worked so hard for

Manager lady wasn't a friendly one who lacks customer service skills and the sandwich maker young gal was a little bit sassy. The place wasn't crowded either. This boca park location seems to always have high staff turnover and messed up orders. The jersey mikes on flamingo and 215 is much better and a difference in offering better quality in food and orders.

Wow! A place that actually greets guests when they walk in. Not one, but two different employees welcomed me immediately as I entered. I love it!! I knew with their attitudes my sandwich was going to be on point, and it was. Every single bite was delicious. The night crew on 11/18/24 was phenomenal. Although they were helping other guests they didn't let that stop them from acknowledging me. Great work!

I paid just under 10 dollars for a mini 4 inch roastbeef the bread was hard on the ends and I also asked for bacon and was told it cost 75 cents more cool no problem and the only toppings I wanted was lettuce and tomato I got one small piece of bacon and was charged 1.75 for Said bacon why is a 4 inch sub 7.48 and 1.75 for one piece of bacon. I know things are expensive now, but 10 dollars for a child size sandwich not good.

2nd time this location has messed up my mobile order for pick up. 1st time was on 10/13/24 I said no bacon and they still put bacon. 2nd time on 10/26/24 they used the rosemary bread when I selected white & toppings that I removed were still added on. Maybe they need to read and pay better attention to what the order receipt says & stop mixing things up. After writing this review I see from other reviews where customers sandwich were also wrong & the owner asking for a second chance to make it right. Well owner I did give a 2nd chance now what?
