I love Jersey Mike's, but this location specifically is getting worse by the day. Every time I went the kids who work there are always so loud, laughing and yelling. So I stopped eating in because of it. But the last straw was when they messed up the pick up orders. Take out bags are always sealed (as they should be) so I didn't check the contents. Only sandwiches on combo orders! No drinks, no cookies, no chips! And I promise you I am not a Karen. I work in food and beverage. Believe me it took quite a few bad experiences here before I decided to write this review. I'm never going to this location again!

Went to this location today in person and had the pleasure of meeting Emily. She made the BEST roast beef/provolone sandwich ever. It was really busy but she was so friendly and efficient. I’ll come back to this location again.

I hate to complain unless I feel truly disrespected or if a company doesn't want my business then I'll let them lose it forever. I have visited jersey mikes dozens of times a year for years and years but after two recent issues I won't be returning.

I showed up at this location at 10:10 today and they should be open at 10 am. I figured no problem, they probably forgot to unlock, anemployee saw me try to open the door and made no effort to signal or come unlock. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but after standing there for a few minutes with them continuing to make no effort to open up I decided to leave, as soon as I walk off to put my toddler in the car I could see them come to unlock the door. They clearly waited for me to get fed up and walk off so if they don't want to serve me then I'll gladly never come back.

This is coming off another terrible experience at the centennial location a few days prior.

The crew that is working tonight should get a raise as they saved a long time customer. I went to get pizza nearby and they would not accept my money for the order as my bill was larger than a 20. Unfortunately that was all I had and rather than accommodating a customer they turned me away. Still hungry, stopped into jersey Mike's instead staff was friendly and spot on with food. Got to payment and there is a similar policy. My order was most of the size of the bill and given that's all I had fir bill size, the gentleman said I'm not supposed to do this due to our policy but I got you this time. He saved a customer. I will be back.

We walked in and stood at the counter in complete silence for 2 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge us. The young adults working here look miserable. Ive never felt more awkward ordering and waiting for a sandwich.

3rd time in a row I ordered online for pickup and they still got it wrong this one was the worst by far Even the cold cuts were not cut thin or placed correctly on the hero they were thick and uneven and flat in a pile ordered oil vinegar and pepper relish on side nope they put it on instead. I will never eat at jersey mikes again especially NEVER this location I spent $30 plus 3 time s at this location and 3 out of 3 not what I ordered. They don’t care at all. Stay away. I’ll be switching companies for my next hero. Shame because when made right it’s good.

I placed a phone order here and the phone representative read my order back to me correctly. Once I got the order and got home both my subs were completely wrong. I returned to the store to get them fixed and luckily i was watching because they were making the sandwich wrong AGAIN. The crew that works around 5pm definitely needs more training and to learn to work as a team. They all seemed really confused and messed up several orders as I was waiting. I was store manager for jersey mikes for 2 years in California. The employees definitely need more training. I got home and realized they forgot to add bacon to my chicken bacon ranch I wont be going back a third time 🙄
