Bryce and Keelah are always on point with their service and sandwiches. I'm never disappointed when I eat there. The bread is fresh along with the toppings. The store does a good job of keeping everything clean as well as not cross contaminating food products.

The past 4 times I have ordered from here (family of 3) our subs have all been wrong. We ask for no Oil or Vin and it comes with itand the sub is all soggy by the time we eat it.

Parking: So many business are crammed into the plaza that there are ZERO parking spots. Impossible to park.

Had an issue with a gift card and double charge, no supervisor on duty to assist so I reached out to the corporate customer service online and left a VERY detailed description of my experience. The auto reply stated I would receive a response in 48 hours. 5 days later, nothing. I filed my complaint again. That was 4 days ago and again, nothing. It’s extremely disappointing, this was our neighbor sandwich shop and one I visited for years. It’s clear, by the lack of concern, that my business is not valued.

Please read all of the post and how this location owner and district manager retaliate which confirm everything I posted was true with screenshots he can't take down post with original response...(i would have taken the post down with a simple apology)....2:30 in the afternoon I was the only person in line. He just walked away while he was making my sandwich and this was the second time. I guess the district manager or area manager was at this location. What made it worse was no one apologized not even the person who I assume was district manager. He should know better than anyone who works there that you don't walk away from your customer while you're making a sandwich especially when I'm the only in line.
I prefer Jersey Mike's but this location with the owner and their relatives who operate this location need to know following Jersey Mike's operation rules.This is what made Jersey Mike's what it is today
This great review for people who is operating the Jersey Mike's the right way and knows who their priority is not the owner or district manager who responds to this post with sarcasm. So you're the one who was at the restaurant "GREAT JOB" I guess you don't care that your head office here in Las Vegas sees this post.

This place always has amazing subs… not just because it’s Jersey Mikes, but it’s also because this locations is always amazing. Plus they have gluten free bread for members of my family that can’t do gluten.

Dietary restrictions: I am gluten-free and the bread is surprisingly bomb. I love all bread and having to go gluten-free a year ago, I have needed a good sandwich forever! But yea, bread was delicious. They did it! Thanks for having a gluten-free option worthy of eating.

Ordering through Doordash. Very good sandwich. I think they give out too many napkins. I had enough Jersey Mikes Napkins to last 1 week.
