Everything you heard is true. I had a turkey sub with ONE slice of turkey on it. Had to look. People are still fine though and veggies taste fresh.

Ordered from this location online. I arrived at the time I scheduled and I saw my UNFINISHED sandwich just sitting there on the counter. The staff just let all walk in customers order and started preparing their sandwich before completing online orders. They did not start assembling my sandwich until 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time when all the walk ins were done. The woman next to me also ordered online and she said she has been waiting 30 minutes. NO SENSE OF URGENCY FROM THESE EMPLOYEES. One employee l was just yapping at her coworker while he was just ignoring her.

Very unprofessional. When we got there the person ahead of us clearly works there but was on their day off. They were bantering about pay and other employees. The girl didn’t even start my sandwich until we had already checked out even after her coworker had reminded her multiple times. I get home and open my sandwich to it being completely uncut and wrong. If only they were focused on actual guests and not their coworkers. Mind you we spent like $60 on two sandwiches. I expect better service.

I have become a frequent customer of this Jersey Mikes. They provide quality sandwiches and phenomenal service. In particular, I want to mention both Ryan and Collin as they consistently provide quality service with a smile. At this point, they recognize me and know my order. I appreciate their quality service and hope it is recognized as their standard of service is hard to come by.

I used to come to this location all the time when the old manager was here but I never felt very welcomed and it sucked because this was the closest location to my house but I came today and the new staff that’s in their is amazing I felt very welcomed they all greeted me with respect and make my sub with love while having a good conversation I will definitely be coming to this location again more often

My recent visit to this Jersey Mike's on 10/19/25 around 3:30 pm was completely ruined by the service. Every single worker was visibly miserable and rude, creating a deeply unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere. There was zero positive customer engagement, and interactions felt rushed and annoyed. While the food itself was fine, the shocking lack of customer service means I will not return. Management needs to address staff morale and customer service standards immediately.

First time here and was very pleased! Debbie helped us and did more than just make our subs. She was welcoming, kind, and quick! Loved her so much I had to leave a review.

Everything was great!! A man named Gino talked with me wile my sandwich was being made. And he made my night talking with me and laughing!! Also made sure everything was enjoyable for myself and son. Great guy. Thanks Gino keep it up.

The young man with neck tattoos was very nice the customer service was amazing I will definitely be coming back and if you havn’t made that man a manager please make him one

Been my favorite store went to get my free sub for being a good supporter NEVER AGAIN GUY HAD AN ATTITUDE AND THE SUB ISNT WORTH 2 DOLLARS.....Good Bye jersey mikes. PATHETIC

Bryce and Keelah are always on point with their service and sandwiches. I'm never disappointed when I eat there. The bread is fresh along with the toppings. The store does a good job of keeping everything clean as well as not cross contaminating food products.
