I only eat out at a few restaurants and one of them is Jersey Mike’s. But beyond that, the ONLY Jerseys Mike’s I will eat at in the valley is this location. It’s because of the management and the staff. They always make sure the food they prepare is the best quality they can provide. I recently began a keto diet and Nicole offered suggestions on what I could order to stay on track. I simply adore her and her entire team.

Hawaiian luaus serve a roasted pig, called kalua pig, as a highlight of the evening. The pig is traditionally cooked in an underground oven called an imu, which is a charcoal pit dug into the ground. The pig is salted, wrapped in banana leaves, and cooked for hours until it's tender and succulent. The imu ceremony is when the pig is removed from the oven and shredded for serving. The pig is often presented with tropical fruits and decorations, and warriors may blow conch shells to signal its arrival. Kalua pig pairs well with Hawaiian mac salad and steamed rice
I recently visited Jersey Mike's, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.
The highlight, of course, was the food. I ordered the #8 Club Sub, and it was perfect. The bread was fresh, the meats and cheeses were sliced right in front of me, and the toppings were incredibly flavorful. You can really taste the quality in every bite.
I also appreciated the quick service, even during a busy lunch hour. It’s clear that the team at Jersey Mike’s knows how to keep things running smoothly.
Overall, Jersey Mike's delivered a 5-star experience. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Honest Critiques
Unfortunately I had to delete my great review from a few days ago because of my bad experience, Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Multiple visits including this one, a female employee lacked customer service, and a male employee who has made or handed me my sandwich lacked customer service specifically with me. Also yesterday's comp sandwich had clear liquid dripping out of it. My phone was dead, so I could not video tape it or take a picture of it. The flavor of the sandwich still tasted the way it should. I saw a male employee come from a different room/area and put gloves on, and start preparing food. I don't know if he washed his hands. I saw another male employee go from the register, to the back, climb a latter, then return to the register. I don't know if he washed his hands. He gave me a dirty look, twice. That same worker then had small talk, smiled, offered me a larger cup for ice that I politely declined. But as I sat and ate, I overheard him tell another employee, "Girl. Why you acting like Mariah Carey but you homeless." Fortunately I know who I am at all times! I was dressed very neatly and carrying a large gym bag. I left a big beautiful house in a gorgeous Summerlin neighborhood, that was a bad living situation, and yesterday was day three of being unsheltered. The level of inhumanity that many people showed was saddening, sickening, and disturbing. I'm so thankful I'm not like any of the hateful people I encountered.

Placed an order online for pickup at 12:20 because I have a limited lunch break and planned ahead. Arrived at the store at 12:20 it is now 12:42 and the order is not ready and i was told it would “be a minute”. Do not have a mobile order option if it will take longer than waiting in line. I now have to return to work late because of you people.didn’t get my food until 12:48. Cashier avoided making eye contact with me the entire time. I have never seen such an inefficient staff in my life.
