I only eat out at a few restaurants and one of them is Jersey Mike’s. But beyond that, the ONLY Jerseys Mike’s I will eat at in the valley is this location. It’s because of the management and the staff. They always make sure the food they prepare is the best quality they can provide. I recently began a keto diet and Nicole offered suggestions on what I could order to stay on track. I simply adore her and her entire team.

Hawaiian luaus serve a roasted pig, called kalua pig, as a highlight of the evening. The pig is traditionally cooked in an underground oven called an imu, which is a charcoal pit dug into the ground. The pig is salted, wrapped in banana leaves, and cooked for hours until it's tender and succulent. The imu ceremony is when the pig is removed from the oven and shredded for serving. The pig is often presented with tropical fruits and decorations, and warriors may blow conch...
