Jersey Mike's Subs

I picked my food up not too long ago, and I’m very disappointed! I had recently ordered from this location and the sandwich was great! However, today was a total disappointment! My sandwich looked a day old, and if it wasn’t for the fact that I had not ate all day.. I would’ve thrown the sandwich away. It was soggy, made poorly, and the only request I made was for it to be toasted(it wasn’t) $30 down the drain. My daughter feels the same way about her sandwich! When I have experiences like this, I always make sure it will be my last one!

Ordered a regular Italian and ended up with a small sandwich that cost $11.65. Never again especially when for that money you get a bigger sandwich at capriotti or Jimmy John. Will never order a sandwich here again.

Stoped in saturday ordered number 7 regular mikes way got home there was no lettuce or oil & vinegar Asked the mgr does it have lettue & oil vinegar oh ya ya it does well it didnt Used my points for the sandwhich

Always waiting for my order ahead sandwich... 11:45am pickup, checked in 5 mins early, not ready no prob... 5 mins later, they say they made the sandwich but it's gone... now there's a lunch rush. 15 mins later, I have my turkey sub - ridiculous

The sandwiches are so good! My favorite is the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, and jalapeños! Just the right amount of spice with my cheese steak! New location in the Albertsons parking lot on Blue Diamond. Parking lot is shared with other stores. Service was great although personal conversations need to be had when customers aren't there. Wait time not bad at the start of lunch.

I DO IT MIKE'S WAY! I love this location of Jersey Mike's Subs. I'm from the east coast and subs are a way of life. Every Jersey Mike's store are great but this one seems to have super fresh cold cuts. The staff is always friendly and quick to fill the order. I always appreciate a smile and friendly hello and the staff is great. Also, their subs are A M A Z I N G! Many thanks to all of you who work there.

The is the best Jersey Mike's we have ever been. Super fast to order, and super friendly staff. The girl making our sandwich is the best. I believe her name is Shanta or something similar. I lost the paper she wrote her name down on. Anyways, she really knows how to make the perfect sandwich. We ordered the Giant #6. So good. We definitely are going back today for 4 more subs! Keep up the great work!!!!

This Jersey Mike's is my favorite location in the valley, hands down. Not only do they support the local community and youth sports organizations, but the service I receive every time I visit is top notch. The sandwiches are fresh, tasty, and always hit the spot after a long night at soccer. Special shoutout to the manager Mike who goes above and beyond to make our experience great every time! Usually have a decent experience here. Came in at 8:40pm. Was told all hot subs were not being made. So walked out and got Chinese at China A GO GO. Somewhere that loves to make money until it’s actual closing time.As a young man I worked making Philly sandwiches. Can’t tell me the 2 or 3 hot subs they got in that 15-20 mins wouldn’t have taken 3 mins to clean the grill afterwards. Having 3 closers in a slow night, it shouldn’t have been a concern . Kids always think they were first to do it.

Ordered from Uber eats, and they gave the driver a completely wrong order. When I called, the employee was very rude and not apologetic in any way. Poor experience all around.
