I've been coming here for a few months now. The food is consistently great. What truly sets this Jersey Mikes apart from the one closer to me is the team. They are always so welcoming and friendly.

I got a sandwich here a little over a month ago and it was exactly what I was craving. George, Frank, and Cisco were friendly, the store was clean and inviting. Ordering Mike's Way and then customizing it from there makes the whole process so smooth and efficient. If you have limited time and want something fresh, I'd go here.

I will not be coming here at this location anymore. This used to be my go to spot for good subs and great service but it seems it’s just certain individuals that will give you good service and honor coupons that we customers receive. I come here and tip all the time $5 or more for not even 2 minutes of a person making a sandwich for you because I am in the industry and I know they deserve something but remember what you put out into the universe is what you’ll get back. I asked a young lady a question about a marketing coupon that we customers get all the time from emails? She said she doesn’t know and she doesn’t do coupons. Mind you I come here a lot it’s not about pricing it’s about taking advantage of coupons if we can and service we receive especially if it’s a place you come to all the time in the neighborhood, So I just said forget it.. but I asked another employee it seems she’s the manager and I know she would recognize me because I come here a lot. I asked hey you remember right? How do I take advantage of the coupon? She said that it’s more for a different location because they need more business but this location can honor it. So knowing that I’m asking questions about my coupon I received she didn’t even bother asking if I wanted to use it at their location, like it was a bother to them or something or like their going to get in trouble if they honor a coupon for Jersey mikes at blue diamond and buffalo. I asked why doesn’t the email say it’s for a certain location then? She said she doesn’t have a answer? that’s why this location will not get my business anymore good bye blue diamond and buffalo location. So anyone reading this and if you want to use a coupon just remember it’s a matter of the individual your dealing with to get the service you all deserve if they will honor a simple coupon and get seamless great consistent service.

I gotta say I’m really happy they put Jersey mikes by my house because they make a great Philly steak. Got that and the chicken bacon club. They have buy one giant sub get one for 5 bucks which I thought was a great deal. The staff was really friendly and kind.

Jersey Mike’s at Mountains Edge is awesome. The staff is super friendly and always gets my order right. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty every time. It’s definitely my favorite spot when I’m craving a good sub!

Jersey Mike's has made online orders a priority over walk-ins. Maybe have more than one person making sandwiches and that way they can concentrate on the person standing in front of them, and not screw up their order repeatedly 🤦‍♂️

I picked my food up not too long ago, and I’m very disappointed! I had recently ordered from this location and the sandwich was great! However, today was a total disappointment! My sandwich looked a day old, and if it wasn’t for the fact that I had not ate all day.. I would’ve thrown the sandwich away. It was soggy, made poorly, and the only request I made was for it to be toasted(it wasn’t) $30 down the drain. My daughter feels the same way about her sandwich! When I have experiences like this, I always make sure it will be my last one!

Ordered a regular Italian and ended up with a small sandwich that cost $11.65. Never again especially when for that money you get a bigger sandwich at capriotti or Jimmy John. Will never order a sandwich here again.
