Usually have a decent experience here. Came in at 8:40pm. Was told all hot subs were not being made. So walked out and got Chinese at China A GO GO. Somewhere that loves to make money until it’s actual closing time.As a young man I worked making Philly sandwiches. Can’t tell me the 2 or 3 hot subs they got in that 15-20 mins wouldn’t have taken 3 mins to clean the grill afterwards. Having 3 closers in a slow night, it shouldn’t have been a concern . Kids always think they were first to do it.

They're a chain so you know what you're getting. The sandwiches are usually pretty good and the prices are on par with similar offerings. The restaurant is the standard for this chain and the service was good. Nothing really noteable beyond all of that. The primary feature of chains like jersey Mike's is consistency. You know what you're getting and you usually get it. Sometimes there's an above and beyond experience but that's an unexpected, pleasant surprise when it happens.By and large, I can walk into a Jersey Mike's in Seattle or Las Vegas and no exactly what I'm getting. That was my experience here and they lived up to it.

I ordered to pick up and on the app said my order was ready to pick up and I get there waiting on long line for 10 minutes and then i ask where is my order but they can’t find it . I show the guy my order on the phone and he opened a few sandwiched he had ready for another customer to see if they put the wrong name, finally after he opened all sandwiched he found mine . That was so nasty !!!

I first tried Jersey Mikes last week and I have been here three times since! The quality of these sandwiches beats any other sandwich place out there, the cleanliness and efficiency of this staff makes it a reliable lunch spot, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff and franchise owner will turn this place into my go to for as long as I love sandwiches. I highly recommend the original Italian :,)!

The sandwich tasted great but was stone cold. Ordered for 12:05 pick up and arrived at 12, sandwich in a bag sitting on the cart. Drove home, less than 2 miles and my hot chicken and cheese was a cold steak and cheese. Bread, filling quantity was excellent and we love you guys but you gotta have staff that pays attention. On line orders save money on staff but if they blindly make sandwiches 45 minutes too soon and with the wrong meat you will lose customers.

We Love Jersey Mike’s Subs ! We have been going to Jersey Mikes for years and their sandwiches are so much better than Subway or places like it. This is a stand out sandwich spot! They don’t pre slice their deli meats, they slice them fresh per order in front of the customer. Which every sub shop should do, because it tastes better when it’s fresh.Staff is quick & they always give EXCELLENT service! The sandwiches are always worth the price. Great amount of tasty meat, fresh veggies, bread is super soft and overall, the best place for sandwiches! Highly recommended!

Usually love this place but when I ordered online recently, I added pepperoni for $5 as well as another modification. Also tipped $5. Only to come home and find they didn't add any the modifications I paid for. Check your orders before leaving! They don't care whether you tip or not. Won't be returning
