Jimmy John's offers a great experience with friendly staff and clean environment. Customers appreciate the excellent service and wheelchair accessibility. The folks working were very nice and accommodating to dietary needs. The sandwiches are made with the freshest ingredients, expertly assembled in a timely manner by friendly staff. However, some were disappointed with the change in ranch dressing, while others enjoyed their meals thoroughly. The new chicken mediterranean wrap, though good, does not match the advertised photo and can be quite messy. Customers are encouraged to use the rewards app for special deals, like a free sub before your birthday.
