I’m honestly shocked at how bad the customer service was at this Jimmy John’s. For the price of these sandwiches, you’d expect at least basic courtesy. Instead, I was met with attitude, zero eye contact, and a rushed order like I was bothering them just by showing up. The sandwich itself? Definitely not worth the money — overpriced and sloppily thrown together. If I’m paying a premium, I expect better service and food that doesn’t look like it was made in a hurry by someone who clearly doesn’t care. Do better.

Hunter's (double roast beef & provolone) 😋 is my favorite, add a cookie and BBQ chips, yum! Service was slow to get food, for being the only customer at the time.

hi Mr and Ms jimmy john i get the number 11 cause it has both meat and it taste good omg and i love their chips esp their pickle chips jimmy john's bring them back or i will cry to hard that ur store WILL FLOOD. They have like these funny jokes around the store but everytime i go it's kinda empty and it makes me sad. i would give 5 stars for the food but u guys don't toast ur sandwiches witch is dumb 👎👎 freaky fast more like freaking dumb. i hope i can meet the real jimmy john someday i love you guys bye bye
EDIT: it has been a year since i left the last review, since then they have stepped up big time im so proud of them. My favorite workers are Isaiah and Jamie and Taya i love you guys and thanks for toasting the sandwiches and for the extra pickles i lovr uou so much mmmuah Mr Jimmy give them a raise tbh everyone there is awesome and badass best jimmy john's in Las Vegas/Henderson 😛😛😎

This location used to be my go to. I placed an order with 4 sandwiches last week and each sandwich had one piece of turkey and was so thin. I opted to try again tonight, and the same thing happened. My husband asked for a manager but no manager was onsite. The young guy at the front informed my husband that one piece of meat per sandwich is the new normal and there is nothing he can do about it. We won’t be returning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I placed an order on the app for delivery. I ordered a turkey sandwich for my daughter and received a roast beef sandwich which my daughter can not eat.
I called the store to inform them about their mistake and the manager Leandra told me she understands how that mistake can happen. So she told me she would give me a credit for the sandwich. When I asked her to Deliver the correct sandwich she told me that I will have to pay another delivery fee because they delivered me something. The manager also stated if we come in person, there will be no fee.
So then I told her I don’t agree with paying another delivery fee then she said “do you want the sandwich or not?”
I went to the location to pick up the sandwich and I was told Pay the additional charge or you don’t get the sandwich. Then I asked for a manager higher than her and she said they’re not here and I can’t give you their information. I continued to tell her how I should not be charged twice for something I already paid for and her response was this is how we do things here.
She was very snippy and full of attitude in front of my small children and laughing in our faces. She then said what are you going to do because we’re closed now. So we left the location without the sandwich that we paid for.
In the Past I have chosen this location, countless times to cater government/military events. They completely lost my business and I am disappointed.

Went into Jimmy John's yesterday ask for roast beef with tomato and a roast beef with mustard toasted how do you get this wrong and how do you hand me two sandwiches to go with no bag this is ridiculous will never eat there again and if I were you I wouldn't go back there either they only give you one piece of me a big piece of bread and one piece of meat give me The staff at Jimmy John's cannot do their job unprofessional and this is the problem we keep getting people because it's a little paying job they have no skills and we don't teach him any we just do it whatever and we supposed to pay for a substandard service I don't think so

Rushed and when they announced my sandwich they mumbled the sandwich followed by don't know who it's for. I was able to go and confirm on my own it was my sandwich. Thanks for the effort👎🏻

I usually get take out. The staff always have it ready to go. Very friendly. Food always good. BLT and the jalapeño chicken wrap are the bomb.
