0 stars if I could. Unfortunately this Jimmy John’s has chosen to not hire drivers on all days so this owner can make more money. This has now caused delivery orders to be fulfilled by 3rd party apps like uber. This causes deliveries to be well over an hour sometimes. Unfortunately, JJ made the food when the order was placed meaning your food sits there for ever waiting for a 3rd party to pick it up. This is so sad. Jimmy John’s was known for “Freaky fast delivery” and now this owners greed has ruined that! So sad. Jimmy John’s, please tell this owner that they need to fix it or they can lose their store.

Extremely Disappointing Delivery experience I placed an order through the app, as I typically do, and it was confirmed at the store around 7:10 p.m. However, nearly 30 minutes later, I received a text notification that an Uber had been requested to deliver my meal? This was unexpected and has never happened with any of my previous orders. As a loyal customer who has frequently chosen Jimmy John's over nearby competitors like Jersey Mike's due to their reputation for speed and reliability, this experience has been especially frustrating. Nearly an hour has passed since my order was placed, and I am still waiting on a simple sandwich. This experience has led me to reconsider my dining choices in the future, as it falls far short of the standard I have come to expect from Jimmy John's.

I love Jimmy John’s, but this one is trash. They mess up the order every time. If you pay for extra anything, they just ignore it. We got some sides of jalapeño ranch, and of course they don’t include that. Go to another location to get your fix. This one is awful.

I usually come here all the time, but the service went down hill. This young man asked for my reward number, then he told me to hold CC reader and enter the number on the reader. This confused me, because they always punch the number themselves everytime. Then it’s time for the payment, then he told me to hold credit card reader on my hand, without proper instructions, I assumed that I have to insert the card. I insert the card and then operation stated failed. If you go to any drive thurs, the staff would take your CC or have you tabs your CC, they would NEVER tell you to HOLD CC reader! I left after that, no foods and bad DIY services. BTW I always tipped this sandwich place. IDK what happened to this place, hire teenage or people that don’t care. This is just part 1 of 3 times I had bad experience with this place.

I love Jimmy John’s it’s been my pregnancy craving since I found Out I was Pregnant! im just annoyed that literally every time I order From this location (which have been quite a few times now, & honestly my mistake for thinking they can ever get a simple sandwich right) they screw my order up. And every time I call To complain about it they tell me I either have to drive back (which gas is not cheap) and if I say no I can’t they tell me “oh well there’s nothing we can do” just very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service based on your staffs errors and not offering a solution other than having to drive back to get the issue fixed/refunded.

I actually was extremely satisfied with each person that worked in this location until couple days ago when it was a totally different crew.disrespectful especially Alex the manager apparently.Just a word of advice don’t ever treat people the same as you have experienced with a bad person especially when they spoke to you with respect I won’t tolerate that whatsoever as no one should . Also don’t ever try to look at a persons phone that’s not your phone can you imagine a customer walking into your work space and checking out the screen to make sure you read the screen correctly after you repeated it more than 3 times ??! Didn’t think so. You people need to treat people with respect if you want respect back I’m not sure this whole entitled mentally but we are all here for something so learn to act nicely for the sake of your own sanity as well as others . This world needs better managers (customer service leaders)instead of MISERABLE ones who think they can treat people with disrespect and expect to be respected ,in what world?? ! I have experienced NOTHING BUT Great workers who provided amazing customer service to My experience. Just like right now on a Friday at 5pm. Absolutely aahhhhmazing crew nothing but smiles and acknowledgement when someone steps into your facility ,as it should be for a restaurant 101 simple things go along way . Nothing but respect kindness and doing their job as we all are with no attitude . They know who they are ??and I’m so thankful to experience such great people. Thank you

All the workers that work at this Jimmy John's are truly tremendous. They actually care about what they are doing. They care about their jobs. They care about how well they make your sandwich and they care about the customer service and the cleanliness of the actual restaurant location. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location over many not saying that others are bad but this one especially is highly recommended by myself. There's been so many times that I have ordered from their delivery went into the actual location to order even when they had massive catering orders. They were accommodating to me and my family as well as many friends that I've brought to this location over and over again. It looks immaculate at all times. I am very impressed by that and the food is actually one of my favorite sub places over most. Let's put it that way. Jersey Mike's is one of a kind!

Drivers leave food on the ground in front of your door instead of handing it to you, UGH! The manager called to offer free food, I turned it down. Ordered tonight at 6:28, got here about 10 minutes later and was waiting for 1. The order to say ready on the app or 2. To see my food on the pick up shelf. Waited almost an hour with neither of those. Eventually went in to find out my food was ready but nobody bothered to notify me. Got my food and opened it to see they didn’t put extra lettuce like i asked and if anything it was 2 pieces of lettuce. And a very thin sandwich. Very disappointed as i love jimmy johns. Most likely not returning to this location.

I have always loved Jimmy John's but this particular location is an epic failure. Nearly every time I've ordered from this place there is an issue. Some examples of where it's gone wrong: wrong food delivered, food quality poor, extra long delays in delivery or simply they can't deliver because they "don't have a driver". Would give zero stars if that was an option.
