The food was ok. Very little tuna on the sandwich and toppings were even less.
Asked for a cup of ice with a cover and they gave me a small cup and said the covers would fit. Tried the cover at the ice machine and non did.
Told the guy at the counter and he said sorry but never gave me a cover so I could get some ice for me to chill some milk for my child..
Will never step foot in your establishment ever again. Save the 1 cent for the cup and cover.

The three boys that were working there today were amazingly phenomenal. They wanted to make sure that I was happy and every way that the bread was not too toasted that it would hurt my gums so sweet unfortunately the store the meat is just not enough so I’m told that they put more meat on the 8 inch then they do the giant which makes no sense considering we spend $20 on a sandwich that’s made of bread, condiments and that’s it. I’m truly depressed that I wasted my money so basically the manager told me that they put more meat on the 8 inch than they do the giant so you pay for something that you could’ve bought in a store for three dollars highly disappointing overall my experience the best part of it was the boys.

I guess in my last review, I may have spoken too soon. Although my last sandwich was very tasty and very satisfying, the one I had this past Sunday was everything but that. It just wasn’t the same and I hate the fact that they make the sandwich while you’re still paying for your order and you’re not able to tell them what you want in the sandwich and what you don’t or to add a little more mayo or more pickles. I guess it’s nothing like Subway except I don’t care for Subway sandwiches. I would definitely like a do over because this sandwich I had was not satisfying or tasty at all. The last sandwich had plenty of lettuce, mayo, and turkey. This one didn’t and it was flat as a pancake. They got real stingy with the insides. Come on Jimmy John’s, you can do better than that.

Over the last month or so, I’ve ordered from here at least weekly, with one week where I ordered 3-4 times. Out of all of these times, I’ve gotten a correct order once. Wrong ingredients, missing ingredients, low quality ingredients (burnt bread, old/sweaty cheese), just overall unprofessional all around.
Today will be the last time I order from this location. Train your staff to know the sandwiches, especially when it’s just cheese on bread. It’s really not that hard.

Went here to get some food including the free sandwich advertised on birthdays. The manager stated that she needed the QR code despite us signing up and having proof of the birthday. They could override but the manager refused to due to this technicality. I doubt she’s fun at parties
PS: Another Jimmy John’s was able to accommodate the free sandwich advertised
Visited here 3 days ago and I must admit the sandwich was not as large as Jersey Mike’s, but it was so damn good. I ordered the turkey and provolone sandwich with everything including jalapeños, and it was absolutely scrumptious. Very flavorful. I can’t wait to go back again and order this sandwich. I must say with two sandwiches and two cookies, it came up to $28. A little pricey, but it was well worth it. I won’t be coming too often at those prices, but once in a while would be okay.
