The worst experience I’ve ever had! When my family and I got our order there was a whole sandwich missing. When we called the store to ask what was going on they said they didn’t make the one sandwich we were missing because they ran out of the French bread and failed to inform the uber driver of a missing sandwich. When asked about a solution, they said they can’t remake the sandwich, they can’t give a refund, and if I still wanted the sandwich we would need to wait the next day. We eventually came to the solution of just switching out the bread to whatever is available. They send out the sandwich and they gave the uber driver an address to a closed bank.

Terrible experience! Please don’t order from here!!

I was there to grab lunch and ordered 2 subs. The girl at the counter was clearly new and needed a lot of help. She was speaking very quietly, needed things repeated several times, and did not have a happy demeanor (she was scowling at one point). I have an egg allergy so I asked for my sandwich to have no mayo and paid to add avocado spread. My boyfriend wanted extra onions and extra extra sauce on his sandwich. It took longer than usual for them to make the food (I think because of the girl in training). When we got home to eat we discovered my sandwich had no avocado spread and no onions which I had asked for. The other sandwich was supposed to have extra onions and extra sauce and had very little of both. The worst part is I called the store to complain and was put on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever came back. I called again and am again on hold as I write this review for over 15 minutes again. I will definitely be attempting to contact a manager again after I finish this review and plan to try to speak to corporate regarding all of this. What a terrible experience. I mean I know it's just a sandwich, but to be completely ignored with valid issues is completely unacceptable in my opinion, especially for a service based company.

My husband just now ordered a tuna sub...quality is horrible. Guy had an attitude because my husband had issues reading the menu and couldn't even answer basic questions. 14 dollars for a large tuna salad sub and it's like a pathetic thin line of tuna. This guy sucks at his job....worst sub I ever ordered in my life. The location on Craig road would have double the tuna on a sub and the bread wasn't dry

I recently ordered three sandwiches through the app. When I requested that all three sandwiches be cut, none of them were. Additionally, I paid $1.99 for salami on one of the sandwiches, but it was missing. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues at this particular location. I suggest that the staff takes a moment to review their receipts and orders before serving customers.

My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunter (double roat beef & provolone) ++pickles! Yummy! 😋 I asked about the picklewich and was told it has been discontinued. Very sad to hear it was only available for a short time.

Went there at 8pm with the store closing at 9pm. The two staff members were mad because they were already closing. They wouldn’t let my son use the restroom or order a drink because they closed the section that led to the bathrooms and soda station. Then the sandwiches we ordered had dried up bread and missing item. Ordered a sandwich that had avocado in it, but they didn’t put any avocado on it.

Decent Mediterranean wrap and most of the employees were great. but the manager was behaving in an absolutely rude and insufferable way and demanding some other customers from the store next door leave the area for simply being within her sightline.

Warning on ordering from doordash!!! You'll order your food. It will never come and when you talk to them they'll say that they have no drivers. Over a week and they did not refund my money. Terrible customer service. Need of new management

I like eating Jimmy John's, and have been a customer of theirs for many years. I enjoy how fast the food comes and the quality of the bread. However, this particular store is the only one I have ever lived close to that does not come to you freaky fast like the experience of all the other locations. I have gotten delivery when I have meetings and don't have time for anything else, and every single time, the order comes 45-60 minutes later. I am not sure why this store has so much problem with that, but if a company advertises fast delivery, they should make a point to try that or even deliver in some reasonable time. I could have had a door dash order from Henderson faster than an average order from this store right down the street.
