I’m writing this review because my recent experience with this business was beyond unacceptable. The drive-through attendant was extremely disrespectful and rude, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Instead of providing a welcoming and courteous interaction, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant.
Customer service is a reflection of a company’s values, and if employees are allowed to treat paying customers this way, it speaks volumes about the lack of proper training and accountability within the business. A business should prioritize respect, efficiency, and professionalism, especially in customer-facing roles. Unfortunately, this location has failed in all of those aspects.
Because of this experience, I cannot continue supporting this business. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and train their employees to provide a basic level of decency and respect. Until this company takes action to improve its service and hold employees accountable, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed. Used the drive thru and had several things I requested, left off my sandwich. No wonder it was done so quickly, they made the bare minimum of the sandwich and shoved it through the window.
I try to this Location another Another try on craig road... What a mistake... You can tell the employees here that they hire. Really do not care about jimmy john's in their business.... If they can screw it up, they can and they will.. Horrible customer service, and how do you screw up a jimmy john's sandwich???

The absolute WORST Jimmy John's location we have ever dealt with. Tonight, after waiting an hour, I called to inquire about our order several times, and the line was busy. At their closing time, I received a notification that PART of our money was refunded.
