The gargantuan is the best sandwich I have ever eaten ! Very clean store and a very friendly and helpful crew
The delivery drivers are the BEST!!! The management is the WORST!!! To have to wait 1.5 hours for my order and have my order incorrect to boot was unacceptable... And because I had voiced my opinion to the business and at work I was let go from my employer. I took responsibility for my outburst however I was demoralized ... You can take food from MY mouth but NOT my family's... And that's EXACTLY what Jimmy John's did. And to the driver who felt 'traumatized'... I am TRULY...read full review
