The short stocky female manager, completely bullied the staff while I was in the store. They're just doing their jobs, and the one struggle the most to keep up is the most abusive, and that was her.

Midnight Mimosa

Ordered a tuna sandwhich and requested and paid for customizations. I received the sandwhich missing the customizations requested. I called the Jimmy Johns for support and received a poor response from the so called manager that it was a mistake and to contact ubereats. I tried contacting ubereats and no one responded in the customer support chat. Don't order from this location. They don't care about you as a customer and they offer poor customer service. They can't even follow order requests to be bothered to make a sandwhich correctly.

I went to jimmy johns because I was doing ubereats. When i came in the guy said to confirm the order and asked if that is everything and he said yes so i trusted him and drop it off to the apartment. the customer call me minutes ago after dropping off the food they are accusing me for stealing their chips which i didnt even open the bag. This is the manager’s fault and for sure that guy is lying he is the manager. Poor management. I will say just close the store.

The only bad thing I can say about jimmy john's is they got rid of sprouts. I do love them. They've made it very unique but I understand why they can't carry it fresh all the time, but I wish they bring them back 😢 😔 😕 😞 🙏

There's one staff who doesn't care about her coworkers. She's kinda being bossy with them, like the Cashier was asking about my order and she gave her a poor approach.

The past few times we have visited this location, they have not only put the minimal amount of meat in their sandwiches, but this time they completely swapped our order. A person in our family is allergic to onions and with the order being completely labeled wrong, we called to let them know. The girl Milla who made the sandwich called back and tried to argue with us saying that she didn't make the sandwich wrong or mix them up. She was unapologic OR nice in anyway. I've been going to this location for years, and we will no longer be coming to this Jimmy John's.

Ordered on the phone- had to repeat my card number several times, they put the wrong address in for my delivery- couldnt change it on the uber app and my food never made it to me. I called and asked them to remake my order and put the correct address in and he said he would call the driver - who stopped responding to my calls and texts and doesnt speak english. Im a truck driver and have been up since 3 am. Im tired im hungry and im pmsing. And of course the jimmy johns closed so now i have this o call my bank tomorrow and get them to refund me. And now it says my orders been delivered which is a lie. Thanks for nothing.

Gotta say this was the first time and most likely last time I'll eat hear, the food wasn't bad but for $14 I'd expect to get more than what, 4 thin slices of meat 1 cheese then a extra fat tomato in the middle the 8" isn't bad, just over price for the same I could and will go to an porter house, or dawg house subs for better food

This place is so uncomfortable and awkward to order from when the kids are running the store. Such weird vibes from this new generation when you’re just ordering a sandwich. Self centered narcissistic weirdos. Won’t be back.
