The past few times we have visited this location, they have not only put the minimal amount of meat in their sandwiches, but this time they completely swapped our order. A person in our family is allergic to onions and with the order being completely labeled wrong, we called to let them know. The girl Milla who made the sandwich called back and tried to argue with us saying that she didn't make the sandwich wrong or mix them up. She was unapologic OR nice in anyway. I've been going to this location for years, and we will no longer be coming to this Jimmy John's.

Ordered on the phone- had to repeat my card number several times, they put the wrong address in for my delivery- couldnt change it on the uber app and my food never made it to me. I called and asked them to remake my order and put the correct address in and he said he would call the driver - who stopped responding to my calls and texts and doesnt speak english. Im a truck driver and have been up since 3 am. Im tired im hungry and im pmsing. And of course the jimmy johns closed so now i have this o call my bank tomorrow and get them to refund me. And now it says my orders been delivered which is a lie. Thanks for nothing.

Gotta say this was the first time and most likely last time I'll eat hear, the food wasn't bad but for $14 I'd expect to get more than what, 4 thin slices of meat 1 cheese then a extra fat tomato in the middle the 8" isn't bad, just over price for the same I could and will go to an porter house, or dawg house subs for better food

This place is so uncomfortable and awkward to order from when the kids are running the store. Such weird vibes from this new generation when you’re just ordering a sandwich. Self centered narcissistic weirdos. Won’t be back.
Hey Jimmy take a closer look on who you hire.Fortunatelly that sandwiches are so tasty because the atmosphere inside the store at Rainbow ave is 100% flat. At the breakfast time the young woman at the frontdesk has a such arrogance. You can see on her face that she doesn't like her job. She's Absolutely unplaisant unlike to other employees who have normal behavior.

Food service industry is had to please the customers, but if you are looking for a great sandwich place, that provides healthy food, fresh ingredients, and fast service, this is the place to be.

I order from here a lot because I work from home and the deliver so fast!! I was having a ROUGH one today, and Today's sandwich was extra phenomenal! You could tell it was made with love.
