I love jimmy johns. i love how fast they are able to deliver...until today. we ordered over 1.5 hours ago. (nearly 2 hours ago at this point) still no indication that our food is out for delivery. called the restaurant 8 times in the last hour.. no answer, no nothing. we are unable to cancel, unless we call.. which is obviously not happening. So much for being 'lightning fast'. Will continue to call and hope my lunch shows up before the end of the day...

They deserve NO stars. Customer service is terrible. They NEVER have any drivers. They also do not contract with UBER EATS or any other delivery service. Not knowing this, I ordered through Uber Eats for the 1st time ever. I get called by a teenager from the store a few minutes later telling me they have no drivers. She said she had to cancel my food order and refund my money. She said it takes 3-5 days for the return to show up in my bank. After 5 days, I contacted Jimmy John's. They said I had to call Uber Eats and there was nothing they could do. Uber Eats will not refund my money because they said I had to let them know within 48 hours that my order was not completed. I called Jimmy John's. The guy at the store said he was unaware of Uber's policies. So now, I'm out $58. Nobody cares. I've been told by Jimmy John's and Uber Eats that there was nothing they can do. When I talked to some guy at Jimmy John's and asked him why he doesn't have any drivers, he said, "because nobody wants to work." I also asked why they do not advise customers that they should contact Uber right away, he said he never heard of the 48 hour policy. I also asked why they don't communicate with the app when they don't have any drivers. He said the store owner won't allow them to do that. So, they allow orders to go through KNOWING they are not able to deliver AND they don't advise customers on how to get their money back. SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING!! We will NEVER go there again. EVER!!!!

Ordered thruDoorDash at this Jimmy Johns. After waiting 30 min I recv a message that just said "This is Jimmy John's." And hung up. I called back no answer. Waited longer decided to call back again. Turns out they accepted the order and charged me but they sent their delivery driver home. They would like to offer me a refund. But somehow they're taking door dash orders. Was told I'd recv my refund in 2/3 business days but I never got it.

Ordered for delivery within hours that the website says delivery is offered, then got an email stating my meal will arrive tomorrow. When I called to ask about it, the employee stated their delivery driver left at 4. Then they told me that they refunded my order already, without giving me a call. If you offer delivery, it's unprofessional to not have a delivery driver at all. I've never had a bad experience with any other Jimmy John's.

After my fiancé just went to Jimmy John's to pick us up lunch they ran out of bread. He waited over an hour for the bread to arrive and upon eating my lunch found hair in my sandwich. Avoid this restaurant.
Waited an hour and a half for a sandwich that was soggy and old. It’s less than 5 minutes away and still took 45 mins from the “out for delivery” prompt from the app till it arrived at my door. Doesn’t exactly make me want to tip the driver. That’s if they have a driver (only a 30% chance that they have one) most of the time they call 30 mins after order to tell me they don’t have one. “FREAKY FAST DELIVERY” which is why they have such a small delivery range….

Waited an hour and a half for a sandwich that soggy and old. It's less than five minutes away and still took 45 minutes from the "out for delivery" prompt from the app before reached my door. Doesn't exactly make me wanna tip the driver yet he stands at my door expecting it. That's if they have a driver, which in my experience is about 30% of the time in the past two months.

I don't go there often and now I remember why bad customer service and sandwiches being made wrong.So did it happen again that would be a heck yes.I ordered my sandwich and made sure to say this 3 times please no onions or tomatoes on it but they did it anyway.Not only that there was three times the amount of tomatoes and onions then meat.I was so disappointed as well the sandwich had a lot of mayo on it when it said that it doesn't come with any.I really think they mixed my order up with some one else's but when I said something to them they try to tell me that's the way I ordered it.I really think I should stop eating out and cook more at home.
