Italian sandwich was soon good. Mar 2016 We were looking for a good sandwich place and happened into Jimmy John's. Decided on the Italian sandwich and it was great. Loved the choice of chips too. The bread for the sandwich was a roll and it was super fresh. They seemed to have a good cliental as it kept busy while we were there.
I am hoping to return next time I am in Las Vegas.

No Longer Freaky Fast - Incorrect Order. I just ordered 2 Kickin' Chicken Ranch Wraps in the JJ App.
Added Bacon on Both (+2.99) only got Bacon on 1. š

I have allergies confirmed three times to have no bread. I get home and my sandwich is made with bread. I have celiacs and can't eat my food now. The Drive-Through cashier did not have good attention and now I wasted money for something I can't eat.

I went here to order a Subway sandwich to take to a concert. I wanted turkey, bacon and avocado. Ended up getting no avocado. Lol sandwich with not that great at all.

Sorry. I only give second chances when it's something when the fault was not intentional. Not even sure what to call the cashier but that person held my order in my face and gave the customer behind me theirs first even though mine was ready before the customer behind me. That's not an accident. That's intentional. So you asked and now I'm replying. Hope this helps
2nd update : didn't look before but after the reply by the owner, I decided to look at the other reviews. Seems like I'm not the only one. The customer service here is going to destroy this place. Clean it out and hire new people.

Terrible place. I didn't get my sandwich because they ran out of chicken. When I asked for it to be made with other ingredients, I was denied because it was a free sandwich. I waited 30 minutes and got nothing. Terrible service.
