I'm always so happy to come to this location, these guys are my favorite and I've been very happy to call this my main location for Jimmy John's.It's right by my gym and all my local amenities, and they are a crucial part of my routine. Service is consistently great, freaky fast, and their app makes everything super smooth for me to run my routine without having to drop everything.Keep up the wonderful work, I love this place!

The most unprofessional manager(heavy set guy with stringy hair in a pony tail and a wispy beard) I think I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a $22 sandwich online and misunderstood one of the ingredients thinking it was a sauce but it was all the meat. So after it was delivered I called the store and the manager offered me a 25% discount on a new sandwich. So I told him I would drive down instead so I don’t have to buy a new one and he said he could give me the meat on the side. When I got there luckily he remade the sandwich. He told me he tried to call me but that my number was invalid. I checked my number which was on the receipt and it was accurate. Then after he gave me my sandwich I said thank you and he ignored me. Absolutely horrible experience, I will not order again.
No one said anything to me at drive in. Thought it was closed. Pulled up to see people working. No one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Went inside and everyone seemed very overwhelmed and didn’t seem able to get me a sandwich. Spent 20 minutes to get ignored. Went down the street.

My praise is for one special human, TECE, I believe is her name. Outstanding customer service. Nobody is perfect and things happen, she made a very small mistake and I had my food delivered. When I called to complain she not only handled the situation very well, but she made me feel like I was very important to this business and made me feel a little guilty for being mad, that's how awesome she is. Just about every jimmy shop I have been to is really good, but this awesome person has made this shop my go to. Thank you for being great, I am very pleased ?
