I ordered Italian in a regular sandwich and it was spectacular! They have the friendliest staffs (counter and gentleman who assembled the sandwich) who greeted us advanced thanksgiving and that we enjoy our stay in Vegas. Amazing crew that’s why why they have an amazing food.

I’m an airline employee and regularly visit this spot even though it’s outside of security, because of the staff. They are so sweet and very efficient. The sandwiches are always top-notch and, as a vegetarian, it’s hard to come by a really good vegetarian sandwich in the airport. The staff are always awesome, particularly Justin & Kevin. They have even gone out of their way to call me if they need to modify my online order! I’ve never received that level of service from an airport restaurant, ever! Highly recommend.

I work at the airport and eat at Jimmy John's regularly. Not only is the food delicious, but they have the friendliest staff in the airport. I wish I knew all their names, because they are all fantastic. Justin usually serves me and he is awesome. I would hire that kid in a second.

The you boys here were typical teenagers. Non welcoming, no greeting, and sloppy work ethic. I asked for pepper, cashier said we don't have any. Then I pointed to where it was on the line. He handed me my sandwich and said it was too late. I asked for Turkey Tom with guacamole. Charged me for the guac and did not add.

I must say that I had one of the worst days of my life stuck at LAS Airport for over 16 hours. And I finally went to get food and saw Jimmy John's and it was the best service and totally amazing. I've about 40% of my adult life, even traveled the world. And the experience was amazing.. I give 15 points out of 10 available. If you go to Las Vegas Airport. YOU HAVE TO GO TO JIMMY JOHNS.......
