JINYA Ramen Bar - Flamingo

We accidentally came to the wrong location, and were extremely disappointed in the service. It took 15 mins for us to get any service after being sat. Then we ordered, the server forgot our waters and the ramen was lukewarm. The fish didn’t taste fresh. I decided to eat so fries from my daughters kids’ meal & my server came up to me and told me “ the kid meal was for kids only” I told him yeah, I know it’s my daughters & he said next time I won’t be able to order it if I wanted it??? I was confused, but told him if he felt like charging me for an adult meal he could. It was so weird and annoying.. like I’m sorry I decided to eat some of my daughters left over fries. Very unprofessional. The food was below average.

Came here hungry left full and satisfied. The ramen is absolutely delicious and one of the best in Las Vegas. The broth isn't oily but very flavorful and leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth. The portion sizes just right and very satisfying. Overall is very impressed. Thank you for serving our community.

1 hour 30 minutes wait while sitting not a good place if your starving

This was a nice little spot for a quick bite to eat. The food was nice and hot the flavors were good the selection was a tad bit small but good choices. My friends have eaten at a chain line this before however it was my 1st experience eating noodles 🍜 like this .

The Flamingo location is still unbeaten. Now with many vegan options, like the gyozas, delicious. They are helpful and fast here. Plenty of parking lot and usually, even though is very popular and busy, there’s not a big waiting line.

It was my first time trying Jinya Flamingo. I know Jinya is famous in Tokyo, but I am not sure if the one in Vegas is the same. The ramen was okay, but I was not impressed with the soup because it was not hot enough compared to what I expect from real Japanese ramen. Maybe it is just the franchise standard.

If you scan the QR code and join the membership, you get a free bun. However, the bun was not delicious in my opinion because it was too dry. I also did not have a good experience overall because the wait time was very long. The restaurant had many open seats, but I am not sure why we waited so long for a table, to place our order, and for the food to arrive.

Overall, it was just okay for me.

30+ minutes wait time after ordering and then getting orders wrong. The noodles itself were nice and chewy but all of our soups were either not enough or too salty. There wasn’t enough garlic taste in any of the garlic oil bowls.

Been coming tobJinyabfor years and this is by far the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. Hardly ever saw our server, had different servers showing up not knowing we already ordered, and they never actually came to check on our table to see if we needed anything. Wanted water but we never saw our server, and anytime they came to the table it was just to grab something and zip off.

Ordered a pork bun that I never recieved, and they still tried charging me for it, but that was taken off. Ordered 2 add-ons of corn, only recieved one, but wasn't charged, so that's whatever.

The ramen has gotten worse and that hurts to say because this used to be my favorite spot. They changed the recipe on the tonkatsu black, very lbland and overall lacking in flavor, it tastes watered down which is insane because it comes out to almost ,30$ for one bowl, after add ones.

Additionally, ordered extra chasu pork, and they only put a dinky 1 extra piece in there.

The only thing that wasn't disappointing about this meal was the egg, which suprise, they actually put an extra one in there and not a half piece or something asinine.

Don't know if I'll be visiting again, at least not anytime soon.

Whenever I think of Jinya it’s never about the service but it doesn’t mean I expect to be forgotten, ignored, and constantly rushed through every part of the dining experience when I do go. Last night my husband and I decided that we wanted ramen despite it being 100+ degrees outside. There were probably 3 other tables, 2 servers. But we were sat in a corner, first question asked by the server was “have you guys been here before” no courtesy whatsoever when we said yes she said “ok so I don’t have to explain anything” like????? Would be nice if you asked how our night was but whatever AND then when we said we were ready to order she proceeded to get water cups to the table when we didn’t even order water, drops it off and scurries away to sit another couple and take their order. Like ma’am what are you in a hurry for the restaurant is practically empty… this is the time to make money from the tables that you DO have. She never checked back to ask how our food was. Next time we saw her was to drop off the check and all of a sudden bussing the table, hovering over us when the check was signed. Gosh what a terrible experience. I would have left no tip but I didn’t because it was my birthday and didn’t want to be that person today.

Love this place always a great idea even in 113 degrees lol love that they are adding more to the menu 😀 MATCHA LOVERS YALL NEED TO TRY THE MACHA TEREMISU I CAN STILL TASTE IT 😋
