JINYA Ramen Bar - Flamingo

Whenever I think of Jinya it’s never about the service but it doesn’t mean I expect to be forgotten, ignored, and constantly rushed through every part of the dining experience when I do go. Last night my husband and I decided that we wanted ramen despite it being 100+ degrees outside. There were probably 3 other tables, 2 servers. But we were sat in a corner, first question asked by the server was “have you guys been here before” no courtesy whatsoever when we said yes she said “ok so I don’t have to explain anything” like????? Would be nice if you asked how our night was but whatever AND then when we said we were ready to order she proceeded to get water cups to the table when we didn’t even order water, drops it off and scurries away to sit another couple and take their order. Like ma’am what are you in a hurry for the restaurant is practically empty… this is the time to make money from the tables that you DO have. She never checked back to ask how our food was. Next time we saw her was to drop off the check and all of a sudden bussing the table, hovering over us when the check was signed. Gosh what a terrible experience. I would have left no tip but I didn’t because it was my birthday and didn’t want to be that person today.

Love this place always a great idea even in 113 degrees lol love that they are adding more to the menu 😀 MATCHA LOVERS YALL NEED TO TRY THE MACHA TEREMISU I CAN STILL TASTE IT 😋

Great food, great service. It’s always great coming to JINYA Ramen Bar on Flamingo after a long business trip. It makes me feel home again. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite spots to grab ramen in Las Vegas. The service is always quick without sacrificing quality, and the food is consistently delicious. Prices are fair, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the meals or staff. The only small downside is that when I bought a gift card for a friend, they weren’t able to tell me the remaining balance on it—which seemed a bit odd. Still, it’s a minor issue and definitely not enough to keep me from coming back regularly.

Finally, some delicious and authentic tantanmen! I've been to Jinya in Florida, so I knew this was a safe choice. Ramen in America is really hit or miss, but Jinya is never a miss.
We got the pork dumplings (pan fried), tonkotsu, and tantanmen (does not come with the egg, I took it from the tonkotsu bowl). No food was left behind and we were super happy. Great atmosphere and friendly but not overbearing waitress.

I’ve been coming here for years and I love this place. They have a great variety of ramen and other small plates. I always go for tonkontsu ramen which is fire, and their spicy creamy vegan ramen. I know vegan ramen wth, but you can’t even tell the broth is so rich and delicious. They also have one of the best pork belly buns in town.

I am addicted to the birria ramen! Everyone here is wonderful, you can smell all the fresh aromatics and the noodles are fantastic!

It's one of the best ramen places. The soup was really tasty and flavorful. The space is just enough, like the ramen place. My friend loves their vegan option, and I love my meaty, porky, and spicy options.
