Food: High-quality ramen with good options, 5/5 Price: A bit on the expensive side since it's Vegas, but it's convenient to the strip so you're paying strip prices 4/5 Ambiance: cool looking modern spot that is fun and lively late-night, 5/5 Service: Friendly and attentive, even when busy. 4/5/5

It's been a while since I've been here. I'm thinking Mondays around 6:30pm is the way to go. Had a super friendly and nice waitress that laughed at my dumb jokes and convinced me she thought I was funny! Also the food was extra bomb diggidy today I'm a happy and fed person

Portions are good. Ambience is welcoming and warm. Service is excellent and friendly, quick. The ramen is tasty, though the pork was very fatty which wasn't expected. Prices are fantastic.

The food is absolutely amazing. The ambience of the place was gorgeous. Although the service not quite so much. They took our order dropped off the food and that was it. They did not ask if we wanted anymore drinks. Literally lost out on of upsells by not checking on there guests. Servers need to engage the guest more. I will definitely order food from here again, but only for delivery or to go's.

This is what a great ramen bar should be. The broth is tailored to the order, so the seafood or the tonkotsu flavor matches the order. The ingredients are each individually flavored, so in the combination tonkotsu, the tripe is different than the port, etc. There's nice seasoning available on the table, with plenty of garlic to crush if you wish. And it's topped off with a friendly, attentive staff. My advice... forget the other places and go to Jinya.

Overall, good food. The pork belly rice was a bit salty. The steamed bun/ Nikuman was pretty generic (seemed store bought), but the spicy shrimp tempura was unique and delicious. The presentation for the food was undoubtedly beautiful. The major downside was that no utensils, napkins, or additional condiments were offered. Only a spoon. It could have been a great experience otherwise.

I wanted Ramen and I got more. The food, service, Ambiance, ALL is great and will return to taste the other flavors in the menu! Over the top recommendation.

It was our first time to Jinya and it was a definite treat. The buns are delicious as well as the ramen. I appreciated the different noodle varieties and flavorful broth. They had Sapporo draft and Junmai Daiginjo sake, the highest class of sake, for a reasonable price. The staff was very attentive. We had our teenage daughters, who enjoyed the food as well.
