Great as well Best steak salad in LV Their RibEye is fantastic Can't beat their New Yorks The Crab always fresh
Food was fantastic. Service was top notch. Will always dine here every time I'm in town.
All was excellent and the food was delicious, our waiter was so nice, and everything was perfect.
Mike was the best! All staff members actually, multiple workers came up to say hi and check on us. I make sure to come here any time I am in town and bring whoever is with me !
Should a 5pm table reservation be honored within let's say 5 minutes max or should it be like 10-15 min after reso? Idk. But yes we arrive a couple minutes (5:03 tops) late because of detour coming in. But when we arrived, the maitre'd informed us that there are couple of tables paying now. Ok not in a hurry I guess so we waited. Ok 5 min passed then 10 min passed our son was becoming hangry now and asking why are there people coming in and getting sat so I told him those are probably for inside (main) dining room. We opted for mall cafe with our reso. So finally I got up and asked dude (yes the maitre'd) hey uhh can we sit in the main since you don't have tables for us out here? He said it's full ! Ok we've been coming to Joe's for a long time now, we know main only opens at 5pm so there's no way it's full but maybe we were not “dressed to dine” or we're just not fit to be in the main. Whatever! I asked him should you guys have tables ready for your reservations?(we are local). Anyway enough about dude, that was our interaction with him, all good no love lost for Joe's because it's our fav spot to celebrate special occasions (also our son's fav restaurant) Bryan served us and he served us before! Just plain amazing! Genuine and personable. This is why we keep coming back to Joe's because of servers like Bryan (John Pucket, too) and of course the food!!! I wish you'd bring back the Octopus with fava beans — fire!
Service and food quality were both excellent! Fine dining with all the accompaniments you expect. Formal but friendly waiters, proper place settings, a menu full of delicious offerings and an extensive wine list. The shrimp and crab dishes were exceptional, and the accompanying potatoes and vegetables were sumptuous. Price is in line with Las Vegas fine dining, but the lunch specials are a bargain.
Should’ve gone to Texas Roadhouse. Steak was tender but hopefully they pay my medical bill after I have a heart attack from how salty the food was. Did they sear it in salt water from the gulf?
Service was too slow. 15 mins before someone takes our drinks order and 20 for food. Server was quite nice though. Seafood platter was too salty. Overall having too high an expectation from the reviews but ended up quite disappointed

I feel robbed. Crab was still frozen inside. Rib steak was lean no fat no taste…. Martini was great…
Not what this place used to be back in the day. Should pack up…

I had been to Joe's before Covid and it was amazing. I have even been to the original Miami establishment numerous times which is out of this world [I used to live in Miami]. However, I went back to Joe's in Vegas last week [February 2025] and it was disgusting. The stone crab was completely frozen and the manager didn't even care; he just said they wouldn't charge us [obviously] as it was not edible. The other food was insanely sub par - ie the shrimp cocktail / hash browns [which were also cold]. The hosts in both the front outside and inside seemed really irritable when I asked for a table for 2. The restaurant was empty but they didn't want to seat us inside and we ended up sitting in the strange outdoor area.
There are way too many good expensive restaurants in Vegas so you should definitely not bother with this one...
Parking: Caesar's parking lot.

I want to give this place 5 stars because it has great service and it's a nice establishment, but....... I haven't been in some time because the last time (approx 2 years ago) they overcooked my steak. I chalked it up as a loss and just haven't been back. This past Monday my wife wanted to go somewhere nice for post Valentine's dinner so we chose Joe's. My wife, my son, and I. She had the 24oz aged ribeye, my son the lamb chops and I had the 12oz filet.... I ordered my Steak medium temperature, and what do you know, my steak was cooked well done. I ate the meal because I didn't want the cooks to get mad and throw my food on the floor or something but when I got the check and it was $487.00 I regretted not saying anything. $560 dollars later (with the tip) I walked away unsatisfied. That's the reason for the 1 star. I would think the cooks would do a better job but unfortunately not.

I have been to the Miami location, and it was amazing from the food to the service. However, this location could have been better. The food was still good, but there were some things that could have been better. 1. We arrived 20 minutes before closing. The staff were a little annoyed by that, and it was apparent by the way we were greeted. A bit passive aggresive and dismissive by their demeanor. If you do not want customers, you can kindly not take them, and we can go somewhere else (its vegas, there are other open establishments). 2. The food was good. We had lobster and beef wellington. The beef wellington could have been cooked better. It was slightly mushy. Other than that, it was decent overall .

Service was great. Absolutely no issues with that. The food, however, was kind of blah for the price. We’ve been to several Prime restaurants before, like Eddie V’s - and I guess that’s what we were expecting since they are similarly priced. The lobster tails were rubbery and the steak was ok, but not great. Crab was good. Dessert was really good (Key Lime Pie). The atmosphere felt crowded. Doubt I would go back.
