Santina's New York Pizzeria

We recently moved from La Quinta to Summerlin, and my son got a haircut in the same center where I discovered Santini. I decided to surprise him with a lunch treat there, as he always looking to support local businesses. He really enjoyed his pizza and drink. We’ll definitely be back for more delicious Italian treats. The server at the front was very pleasant and friendly thank you for your warm hospitality as we settle into our new home.

This has become our new go to pizza place in our area! Hank, the owner, Definitely cares about the quality of his food and the customers experience as well. Not sure what they do, but the crust is so light and airy. It doesn’t weigh you down, and put you in a carb coma, like many Pizza places. They have amazing lunch specials, Including Pizza, wings, fingers And much more. They even have a limited liquor license, because they serve beer and wine. The dining room is small, but we still choose to eat in there from time to time for the New York ambience. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

I've never had a problem before other than ringing my doorbell when I ask not to but holy moly. I just tried one mozzerella stick and it's like someone poured a bucket of salt on the outside. Did someone accidentally salt them after cooking? I had to throw the whole container away as I tried another and it was the same. My guest also tried it and gagged! Order 130 from tonight. I love you guys and your pizza and your mom and pop atmosphere if that's what you're intending to do, so I will continue to go there but my god that was bad, like a practical joke.I'm not giving you and less than 5 stars as the food, other than tonight, has always been great and everyone so kind.

**Edit** for the first time in my life, an owner not only went in to their establishment to help their staff, but read my review and personally called me. That kind of service is exceptional. She offered to make it up to me quite a few times. I’m not interested in taking money from a new brick and mortar business though. I just wanted to say that, even if I walked in on their worst night, running a business with that amount of class and personal responsibility is incredible. Upping the location to 4 stars, service to 5. Will try this place again. Thank you Santina.

Called in an order for pick up? Stopped getting hung up on after the fourth call. I did call after getting hung up on with a busy tone for three minutes so that was fun. When I ordered for pick up I was not given a total and had to ask for one, and she seemed very annoyed when I asked her for a total. When I arrived at the location it was cramped, busy and unorganized. It took 40 minutes to get my order, not the 15 to 20 minutes that I was estimated over the phone and I understand these things happen but if you tell me it’s gonna take 40 minutes then I will leave my house in 35 minutes. They had a new employee working today who is lovely and doing his best, but the person working the cash register would not let him accept my payment so it took 10 minutes for me to be able to pay for my order. She then had the new employee leave when there was a line out the door, which I found to be an odd choice. Overall, the food is fine and the service is not. Two out of three stars.

Got a couple of pizzas and some wings/strips to go. Pizza was a bit on the cold side and nothing to write home about. Wings had a great sauce. Pretty expensive.

Great little bity hole in the wall in Sun City Summerlin. Owners are personable, staff excellent service. Ate there twice this week. If you’re looking for that perfect thin crust pizza it’s at this place! Pizza, wings and salads all fresh and delicious!

Santina’s Pizzeria is truly a local hidden gem! I’ve ordered for the Super Bowl, parties, and events, and the food is always hot, fresh, and on time. But honestly, it’s best when I come in, sit down, grab a slice and a basket of buffalo cauliflower (and now, more recently, a beer since they got their liquor license!). Santina always comes by to chat, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and if you’re into handmade art, there’s plenty for sale on the walls. I recommend this place to everyone who even mentions pizza!

On the small side, but the the food and service was great. Whole pies and individual slices available.
