Visited12.14.25 customer service no issues. I only ordered french fries because that was the cheapest thing to get. It's best to order food outside of resorts and casinos. You get more bang for the buck.

Over priced!!! 2 burgers (basic) 2 fries and 3 drinks...$70+ the food was ok at best nothing special and the counter clerk either was on shift too long, didn't like his job or was just not a personable person. Will never go back here again no matter how close it is to our room.

Food was way over priced. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers as a meal and it came out over $74.., yes you read that correctly... Read it again... I can see why people don't want to go to Vegas anymore. You order a beer there and it'll cost you around $18, I could of bought a 6 pack for that price. Stay home folks.

Way over priced. Ordered a meal and guest what? The drink is not included in the meal. No where else would that be acceptable. Will not be back. The have “Premium ice cream” which comes out of a soft serve machine. And it’s “hand spun” they stick it under a mixer. Well holding it in their hand. No sure how either of those count as a truth.

I was excited for the Vegan shake. It says it on the website. I went to order and said I wanted a Craig's vegan strawberry shake. I'm allergic to dairy. She said you want a strawberry shake. I said again I want a vegan strawberry shake. She then got offensive and was like we don't have those. I told her it was on the website. She then said well we are a franchise.
68.00 for 2. Outrageous! Welcome to Vegas baby. I came I saw and went home. 1st and last time. Price matters when your serving average quality in an average atmosphere.

Got the equivalent of a McMuffin with tater tots for $20. The food was awful. The tots were cold and dry and flavorless, and the muffin was worse than any sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin I've ever gotten from a McDonald's. Just bad. Don't eat breakfast here.
